To find out why our KitchenAid refrigerator was not working

The tech identified that the main electronic control board was probably bad and that the compressor might also be bad. We purchased an electronic control board and my husband replaced the old (bad) one. The refrigerator is working normally!

I was asked in an email from Angie's List if I had ever worked with the company. We have used them several times and I can't remember exactly which job was the latest. I always call them for appliance related matters.

I had an older washer and dryer and they actually looked and repaired both of those for me.

I have a home warranty service. I think the price was reasonable. I thought the quality was good. They did a good job.

They did a repair and a check up on the refrigerator.

It worked out great. I was happy with the price. They had to pull out the refrigerator. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was cleaned.

Fridge and dishwasher repair.

Excellent. He was able to fix the fridge and it is operating perfectly now. Unfortunately, the motor in the dishwasher is running on low amps. It would be cheaper to buy a new dishwasher than to repair it. I appreciated the honesty of the repair man. He was professional and punctual. He took care of the repairs in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend them.

I bought a Big Deal for Home Appliance Repair.

It was pretty good. They showed up when they said they would and they got the job done at a reasonable price. I would say very good. The guy was very focused on what he was doing and explained everything to me, giving recommendations on better care of the dishwasher. So, it was very good.

We used Home Appliance Repair to repair our refrigerator.

He left when I was absurd. He came here to check out why the back of the refrigerator kept freezing and the front does not freeze. We had temperatures and thermometers all fine but he put his thermometer in with all doors open and said there was no temperature difference. He told me it was fine and it was my imagination. I am still dealing with the refrigerator. I can't really explain it. They did not charge us because Samsung paid for it. He was professional but I would not use him in the future. Other providers have been amazing. This is the first time we faced something like this.
