Driveway Pavers reviews in Vienna

    E Stanley Asphalt Paving
Ernie and his son did a very professional job burning out weeds on perimeter of driveway, heating up the asphalt where cracks had appeared, then patching and applying two coats of coating. Though Ernie's price was not the lowest estimate, we feel that the quality of the job warranted the expense. The driveway, repaved several years ago, looks fantastic once again. Ernie knows what he is doing!

    Superior paving and masonry
The contractor did a timely job and replaced the driveway. However, the work was subpar and they left many issues unresolved despite my consistent follow up via email and text. Every time I wrote about the issues, including metal rods sticking out of the asphalt, loose bricks and damage to the yard, they would respond that they will take care of it, but never show up and never follow up. This has been the case for three weeks now following my payment when they promised to come back and address the issues. Buyer be ware. This customer service and shoddy work is not acceptable. Do not fall for their professionalism upfront. They will not treat you well and the work is sub par.

Falls Church Paving did an excellent job on our driveway. George, the owner, went way beyond what we expected. All of his crew are experts at their work. The old driveway was completely removed, a new gravel foundation was packed in, and quality asphalt was rolled over the top. The crew paid great attention to details, like the forming and tamping down of the edges. George is a man of his word who delivered a top quality asphalt driveway.

    Hunters Development
Kelly (owner) did an excellent job from start to finish. He was prompt in scheduling a visit to estimate the project. The experience was not like with the bigger paving companies where the estimator/salesman would not be on site when the actual work is done. He was thoughtful in deciding that the drainage pipe beneath the driveway needed to be replaced. He communicated the scheduling of the project to me through texts. The job was done right and the price was fair. I would use Hunter's Development again and can recommend highly.

    Academy Sealers
We got quotes from academy and collegiate sealers. We have used collegiate before and they are good but wanted to check prices. Once done academy billed us nearly twice the price quoted and more than collegiate quoted. Academy was also sloppy and got tar on house and walkway. Told us it would wear off. Wouldnt let these bozos near my house again. Use collegiate sealers.

    Paveco, Inc
We had our driveway (~3000 sq ft) completely re-paved the prior year, so the new pavement is almost exactly a year old, and so we started looking for companies to seal the driveway. After researching and talking to several people, we decided that we wanted to have the driveway sealed with "oil-based" (vs. "water-based") sealant, and we contacted a number of companies in our area (near DC; mostly via but Paveco was one of the few companies that we found that did oil-base sealing. According to Sheila (Paveco) they ONLY use oil-based sealant. [Oil-based sealant will "soak into" the asphalt, whereas water-based sealant "coats" or sits on top of the asphalt. What we were told was that because the water-based sealant sits on top of the asphalt, it is possible that, with the asphalt expanding and contracting, small cracks can appear.] It was not always possible to contact the company "immediately", I think because they are pretty busy, but they always responded to messages that we left for them, and they also responded to our emails. We actually ended up kind of "negotiating" for re-sealing our own driveway plus for one of our neighbors, and Paveco was very flexible with scheduling the work, which was great and gave both of us very good prices (one of the other companies that said they could do oil-based sealing quoted us prices that were significantly higher; plus that other company could not give us a definitive timeframe for getting the job done, which was important, because we wanted to get the sealing done before the weather got too cold). As far as the job itself, they (Paveco) showed up exactly as scheduled, and they did a very neat job, and put ribbon/tape in front of our driveway after they were done. I am not an "expert", but to us (my wife and I) they did a very nice job and were very professional. Overall? Recommended (if you need driveway sealing done :)) !

    South Florida Asphalt Services LLC
I found All County Asphalt be very professional, organized, and communicative. Diana and Gus are a great team. Gus was out for an estimate the next day after my call. Estimate price was not the lowest I received out of the four bids, but close. What distinguished this company was the responsiveness for the estimate, the followup with Diana, as well as great reviews. Diana was also very good about scheduling made difficult with the wet weather this August. Driveway looks great and hopefully it will hold up for the years to come.

    H&H Paving Asphalt Specialist, Inc.
Better than clockwork. The crew arrived on time, worked for some eight hours straight, and left me with a beautiful new asphalt-paved driveway. The supervisor gave me instructions for when it could be put back into use and how to take care of it until they saw me next year for maintenance, if needed. Thoroughly professional, efficient work.

    AASCO Paving
Work was done promptly and with good quality. Eddie was responsive and came out after hours to explain work and potential options. Our driveway wound up being a more significant job than expected due to old thst resulting in 12 thick layers of fused asphalt. AASCO handled the unexpected work well. This resulted in increased cost, but reasonably so. The end result was a new and larger driveway with new drainage. The work seems well done. Pricing was in line with other A rated providers. The ancillary work (like shrub removal) was included in quote which other providers wouldnt do. The AASCO crew cut and bundled the yard waste for pickup. We think the project went well and are satisfied with the cost.

    NM Seal Bros LLC
very well - I called them and they responded to my phone request quickly. Stopped by later in the day to provide a quote - we discussed that I needed to pay close attention to the edges at the driveway, along the belgian blocks and front walk - they apply by hand with a brush. I was provided a quote by email along with images of insurance and contractors license - after confirming how long they expect the seal to last, we agreed with the proposal, and then we agreed on the date - they arrived promptly - and cleaned the edges and driveway carefully - and then applied the sealer - paying close attention - they edging was done very nicely - there isn't any sealer anywhere other than the driveway. They let me know when they were done... I found the two brothers to be very polite to work with. The seal coating once dried looks really good - I gave it a little more time than the 24-48 hours they suggested - I think that the job is significantly better than some of the other seal coats that we've had over the years - at this point I will need to see how well it holds up -
