    Warning - Under New Management! I have trusted Steve at Car Doctor for years to be honest about what repairs my car needed, and to quote a fair price for the work. I was disappointed not to find him at the service desk when I took my car in for scheduled maintenance. I was also surprised to be handed a list of repairs totalling $2,500 that were supposedly needed - after Steve had told me at the last oil change that the car looked good. I took the car to another shop, and was told most of the list was not needed yet, and was quoted lower prices for those that were needed. Won't be going back to Car Doctor any time soon!

    I took my car in for the annual state inspection, it failed. Ok it's an old car, so I ask how much to fix it? $2020 the service guy replies. Ouch, thats a lot of cash for something I wasn't expecting. So I tell the service guy I'm going to have to shop that price around and see if I can get it done cheaper. Service guy taps on his computer for a few seconds then tells me he can now do it for $1574. 25% reduction with a few key taps? Ya didn't have to say "let me go talk to my manager" and see if you could do better? So what your telling me is you already inflated the price at least $500 because you had me over a barrel? I tell him thanks but I'm still going to shop the price around and that same day I take the car to another reputable auto shop that I've used in the past but its just further from home. I tell Shop #2 its failed inspection and can they please give me a second opinion. The Shop #2 comes back and tells me, yes, there is a problem and it's the same exact problem as Mr. Tire said it was. Ok great, how much to fix it? $625 parts and labor.

    This was the second horrendous experience for awful service on a 2015 Mercedes S550 in the past four months from this dealership! A clear pattern of incompetency at all levels of management and service! Surely quite Shameful for such a fine quality car! We complained to the dealership GM and to Mercedes Corporate offices in Feb 2019 first of another terrible experience. That experience included such preposterous claims by Mercedes service personnel that if you wanted a GPS updated on a 2015 Mercedes S550 the owner needed to buy that part themselves and have it fixed elsewhere. Altho a part that came with the car Mercedes attempts to disavow any further responsibility for that service! Really? How many other parts could thus fall in the same category? Dumb, Dumb, Dumb!!!! Then we are now in a TWELVE (12) DAY DELAY waiting for service with agents not even returning calls!. Rude and extremely arrogant, impertinent and just plain unhelpful agents seem pervasive at Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner in our experience!!!! The incompetent technicians that seemed clueless were maybe the worst! The so called service "Advisor" even had the audacity to blame that poor service on a lack of personnel! Is that a customer's responsibility now to be sure a qualified technician is available? Really??? A really TERRIBLE service experience on TWO occasions in just four months so clearly a pattern of extraordinary poor service, waste of a customer's time, absurdly high costs and quite a disgrace to Mercedes craftsmen and to that company which claims "The Best or Nothing!"!!!!! If service at Tysons Mercedes is an example anyone considering a Mercedes from this dealership should choose for their own sanity ... NOTHING!!!!

    Services were performed as requested. However, in the process the shop damaged the body of the car, making a dent and a scratch on the left rear side of the car. As they claimed it has not happened in the shop, I asked them to review the camera footage, but they refused.

    The end result was beyond expectations. The paint-job I was trying to match was multi-layered, a very expensive process. EPC came up with a solution that kept my job in line with normal prices, and I was delighted with the result. However, I do think they underestimated the time it would take.

    Herndon Reston Transmission was great to work with and very professional from the first time I met Randy until the repairs on my vehicle were completed. He test drove my car, confirmed that a replacement rear differential was required, located a used differential with low mileage (40K), provided a 6-month, 6000-mile warranty that includes parts and labor, and completed the work in one day. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend Herndon Reston Transmission for any type of vehicle repair.

    Recently I took my car to have its periodic maintenance at the dealer. I was told that my car had a major rack & pinion problem that required a costly repair. I decided to get a second opinion. After the owner of Fairfax Auto Repair checked my car for the major problem, he took the time to show me the underside of my car and explain that there was no rack & pinion leak. My experience at Fairfax Auto Repair gained my trust and business. Everyone was professional and attentive. I would recommend this business to others.

    It was fast and easy.? It was a Groupon so the price was good.? I thought they were very good.? I give them a A on everything.? It was a little hard to find their building.? You have to go off the road and then there it a row of stores.? It's sort of a warehouse area and you have to figure out which one's them.? But I give them an A on everything.? They're a little hidden.? ?I've been there before.? I bought a two oil change and last time they did a little bit of work as well.? I do plan to use them for my Infiniti from now on because I'm pissed at my dealer.
