    David and his crew are exceptional!! We always feel totally confident when hiring David Butler. Not only are they professional but they are always smiling and happy. David is obviously a good guy to work for. David is honest and will let you know what's happening, even if the news isn't good. Quality of the work performed is his major concern. He is conscientious of the customer and their situation and goes out of his way to accommodate. Will definitely hire again.

    After selecting the carpet, with the help of Misty Odum, a customer service representative, a date was set for measuring, and installation. All members of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and performed their job very well.

    Our experience was good.  We got a quote from a few different people and they were the lowest.  So we went with them.  They had the most competitive pricing.  The price given is per hour with the travel charge.  There were some good things and some bad things.  The good things were that they were very efficient with moving.  They moved us very quickly.  So it cost us less than what we anticipated because of their speed.  They were personable and nice people.  They had trouble finding our place even though we gave directions, and so that made them a little late we think.  We wanted our furniture all wrapped and stuff, and they didn’t wrap all of our furniture to the level that we wanted.  They actually mixed up our leather couches a little bit due to that, and we’re not sure if that happened while they were bringing it out of the door or in the door.  They had taken the backs off of our couches because they were recliners and they didn’t put them on again or properly.  So we had to actually go and fix stuff.  They were quick but they didn’t do everything, like they didn’t put the couch back on properly and they didn’t even set up one of our beds.  They just left it like in pieces, and so we had to put the frame and bed on ourselves.  8.53 to 9.00.  Their price was good.

    No one spoke English, the siding wasn't horizontal from base to top. Electric and telephone problems had to be repaired by me. Trash from the installation was everywhere and they did minimal to clean up. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

    Showed up at date pre set for remodel. Great and clean work after job was completed one day earlier than expected my home was clean and beautiful ... And his crew was very respectable to both me and my family

    It was a very pleasant , positive, professional and thorough meeting which included an explanation concerning the contract coverage, the handling of scheduling service dates and routine calls for service. Presently awaiting receipt of contract.

    Removed all leaves and debris from 150 ft of guttering, and flushed out all down spouts. Power washed my entire house and decks and did an amazing job. Vinyl siding looked like new when finished. Raked and bagged all leaves and debris from yard and flower beds. Installed 6 cubic yards of mulch and on top of that offered to install gutter guards to help in the future. Over all I was pleased with all that was done! The service was excellent and arrived earlier then expected and did the job in a timely manner. Very recommended.

    I had a company tell me that I needed to replace my air conditioner and it would be $5000. Tony came out and was able to have my air conditioner working in about 20 minutes. He then educated me on ways to save money and preventative maintenance that I can do myself. He

    MID ATLANTIC HAD TWO GIRLS AT RIVAHFEST IN TAPPAHANNOCK TAKING NAMES AND SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS FOR THEIR COMPANY. I CALLED THEM SINCE NO ONE ARRIVED FOR THE APPOINTMENT THE FOLLOWING WEEK AS PROMISED. LADY RESCHEDULED FOR FOLLOWING SATURDAY. I CALLED THAT SATURDAY TO LEARN THEY WERE OVERBOOKED AGAIN. THIRD TIME RESCHEDULED FOR THIS PAST FRIDAY AND THEN MOVED TO TODAY.
    EACH OF THESE APPOINTMENTS INVOLVED A ONE HOUR 15 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE TAPPAHANNOCK ADDRESS.
    THIS COMPANY HAS NO BUSINESS BOOKING APPOINTMENTS AND NOT ARRIVING. I HAVE CONTACTED ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE WORK.
