We had an excellent experience with Tim. When our old water tank failed, Tim responded quickly to our call. He provided detailed quotes for installation of a replacement tank and also for an on-demand water heater. We were impressed with Tim's professionalism and knowledge. We chose the on-demand heater, which was a more complicated option. He and his team ran the new larger natural gas line and electrical wiring; mounted the new unit, added a the new roof vent and had the system up and running within 24 hours of our original call. Tim's team also fixed an unrelated issue with our gas stove installation and resolved an issue had been having with our sprinkler system's well. We were more than satisfied with his work.

Outstanding work and attention to detail. Work involved removing a fiberglass jetted tub and installing a new vanity and custom shower, and retiling the floor. Also had significant drywall repair due to previous leaks. Bathroom looks better than when the house was built. Rob and all of the contractors were easy to work with, took time to understand our desires and provided input based on their experience when we were "stuck". Will definitely use Kitchen Emporium for future work.

Atomic Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Corporation
Atomic was great. I had issues with the vendor providing the appliance and had to reschedule the install several times. The folks at Atomic were great in helping sort that out. The tech arrived as scheduled and was very knowledgeable and professional. I have found my plumber for the several projects we have coming next year.

The gentleman who called me back was VERY helpful and polite. He gave me the information that was needed above what I had already researched to be able to do the project on my own. This was very much appreciated since the project had a very tight schedule to get it completed prior to another project in the area of my yard.

I really do hate to blast this company becuase I have usde them in the past, several times with absolutley no issues. Now, 16 Oct 18, I hire them to replace "the guts" of my all three of my toilets. I ask my wife to send me a picture after they left and the tank bolts are still rusted in the master bedroom bath. The plumber didn't do everything he was suppossed to and just did half of the job and while the other guy that was with him did exactly what he was supposed to do. When I call and speak to the office manager Sue, she wants to argue with me and basically say it is my fault i didn't tell them to replace the bolts and how it is a risk to them to replace the bolts becuase the tank may crack. Well, if the dude did would have done the job correctly in the first place and replaced the "Tank to Bowl gasket" like I wanted, then we wouldn't be haviing this conversation. So, after I pay her $370 for the work that wasn't completed correctly and basically being scolded on the phone by her. She reluctantly set out another plumber who VERIFIED the first plumber DIDN'T DO WHAT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO DO and only did half the job, she placed her employee in the middle and told him to charge me an additional $120 dollars for his time. Sue, the "office manager" gives this company a black eye and I stronlgy recommend you do not use them or you will be accused of being picky or hostile or a bad customer or somthing if you prove Sue wrong and that her poeple attempted to rip us off. Even when it was proven to her that the first plumbers didn't do the job as requested and paid for, she still wanted to be unprofessional just becuase she has the power. If she is a Byrd, then I do feel sorry for them to have such a spitefull individual like that being the face and the voice of this company. For the most part they do have some great plumbers like the guy "Jonathan" that came out today and finished the job the way it should have been finished two days ago. Please look for somebody else that appreciates their customers and is a stand-up person to do the right thing (don't charge them a second time) when confronted that their folks did wrong.

    Atlantic Shores Heating & Cooling
I had a water heater that died. I called around and Atlantic Shores came by and not only gave me a great quote but they were also able to fix it the same day. The team was great! Personable and knowledgeable. I will say that I had a previous company come out and misdiagnose the issue and gave me an assessment that could have easily doubled the price. I will not name that company but I will say that I am really glad that I called Atlantic Shores instead of trusting the original company. We will be using them to also do our annual maintenance.

The water heater was installed the day after I telephoned. I was going to get an estimate from Atomic plumbing also but still have not received a call back and I have had the new water heater for a couple of days.

Work was good. Techs were good. Costs was terrrible. Intended to have faucets instsllled but would cost an additional $300 per faucet - insane pricing! They wouldnt give cost estimate over the phone - now I know why.

I am amending a review that I submitted for the work of Ernie on June 18, 2018. Turns out, the leak wasn't fixed. The closet and utility/laundry area again are wet. He put silicone on piping for the shower, the shower has not been used since the date of the repair. The water is/was coming from elsewhere. I am disappointed. We are going to have them come back out in the morning.

We were very impressed with the work done by Rob and his crews at Kitchen Emporium. Each person who worked on our kitchen were committed to being sure everything was done carefully and done well. They were committed to excellence every step of the way. We love our new kitchen.
