    Bubbles' Mobile Grooming Parlor, LLC
It was great! She was right on time and very polite and professional. She listened to my preferences with my puppy and took them into consideration when giving her a super cute puppy hair cut. Her shampoos also smelled amazing!
I have used MaryLynn before she had a mobile parlor when Ella was a tiny 9 week old puppy getting her first trim. She has always been very polite and professional. She honestly cares about the animals and the services she's providing. She uses the best products and will let you know if she notices anything of concern like skin irritations or sensitivities anywhere. She showed me when Ella has some irritation in her ears that I wouldn't have noticed until it was a full blown infection.
Bottom line: Use this groomer! She is amazing with your furry family members and always does a spectacular job making them look, feel, and smell amazing. Plus her new addition of being mobile makes her even better in my book. I can have her come to me when it's convenient.

She’s great.  Her prices are very reasonable and she’ll give a multi-dog discount.  She’s been doing this for a long time; she’s got lots of experience.  Right now she’s got someone really good working with her.  Her only downside is her location.  People don’t know she’s there.  Another downside is she’s getting older and she’s not as fast as she used to be.  The quality isn’t always super consistent.  My dogs like her.

The groomer didn't look at the record to see what type of animal it was she was grooming. I was the only customer with a cat and she went up to the dog owner next to me twice and even told the dog owner her name was wrong on the schedule. I never heard her call out my last name or ask for my cat by name. I explained to her what I wanted done and told her the last time I was there I had the lion cut done because my cat had mats. Her next question was if the cat had ever been groomed there before. Essentially, she didn't listen to what I was saying to her at all. When I went to pick up my cat the attendant kept referring to her as "he" even after I referred to the cat as "she" and "her." This particular cat of mine has been at this vet since 2003 so I would think they would know her. This is one of several things that have bothered me with this vet recently. This same cat is diabetic, but under control with diet. On a recent 5-day trip she had her blood tested 3 times @ $30 ea. The first test results were a little high, but not abnormal. I was never contacted in advance to get my authorization for the additional tests and the vet seemed to be offended that I wanted this to occur. Another one of my cats died recently. I wanted to get a necropsy. I contacted the office and was given bad advice. I was told to put the cat in the freezer instead of the refrigerator, which reduced the chances of getting viable results. Also, the attendant knew the lab she referred me to couldn't give me back my cat to bury, but didn't mention this. I ended up skipping the necropsy in favor of the option to bury him. I have known some vet offices to acknowledge deaths of their patients with a note to the family, but not this one. I'm on the lookout for another company that might be more sympathetic and owner-oriented. On the positive side, the vets themselves are knowledgeable and professional. The clinic is clean and they offer boarding services.

Robin really knows my dog and she does great with her. She did very good trimming my dogs hair and I am very happy. I have no problems at all. She is also very good with any concerns that I might have.

    Sterling Meadows Kennel & Cattery
We are very satisfied with the work done by Sterling Meadows. However, they conducted a fairly significant rate increase for services and did not discuss this with us when we called to set up the appointment so we experienced some sticker shock when we arrived to pick up our pet. Also, I have used them several times and they are occassionally chaotic (I had a 0900 appointment but our dog was not ready to come home until after 4pm so he spent all day there locked in a kennel when he could've been home with us).
