  Kenny was wonderful in explaining me the entire process. My house had standing water in crawlspace. Kenny took photos of what my problem were with my older home. My home need to be treated for fungi and i had to have sand spread in my crawl space. I got the cost of job and set up appointment for 2 weeks later. Kenny and his crew arrived on time . Kenny took photos of finished job and explained the process and what and why things were done. I had lots of questions and Kenny answered them all patiently. Thank you Kenny and the folks at Action Termites. I would definitely used you again if needed in the future. I would definitely recommend them.

  I had to have it redone. I thought the price was reasonable. I really doubt whether or not they had the chemical they needed because I'd had a flea explosion from my past and you couldn't tell they had ever sprayed. I hired a completely different company on a neighbor's recommendation and you could tell that day after they were done. Everything else was fine. It didn't actually work.

  Cicada Killer Wasps are very difficult to eradicate and after researching the best course of action by Protechs and myself, the cost is prohibitive. I am going to get family in the area to take care of the problem. I appreciate the in-depth inquiry that was made on my behalf. It is recommended to have spot treatments done instead of having an annual pest control contract.

  I was visited by the Owner of the business who is very interested in having his customers on a personal basis believe in the products and services his company delivers.  The people who came to do the work were very knowledgeable and proficient at their work.  They went out of their way to discuss with me concerns about locality insect problems and how to recognize a potential infestation of various types of insects and pests.  They put me at ease concerning my home condition and termite status.   Very quality company with a real desire to be the standard and be seen as a cut above the Big Name competitors.   Simply showing they care about the individual customer will go a long way to achieving a good name for themselves and Accel is excelling at that.

  Rid mouse problem; however, mice were discovered a couple weeks after initial service.  Came out again and sprayed for insects.  No longer have mouse issue, but still have insect issues.

  They do good work and will come back at NC if another treatment is needed. Last June we had an ant invasion a few weeks after our quarterly treatment.  We called and they sent a technician, Ryan, over the next day.  Ryan went through the house and noted and treated infestation areas.  Then he spent about an hour outside and found numerous ant trails.  He treated the trails he found with a pesticide and ant bait and then retreated the entire outside of the house.  Within two days we were without any ants-zero!

  John Reid, Accel Pest and Terminate Control, conducted a walk-around of the property and pointed out areas of potential infestation and steps we could take to avoid problems.  After inspecting both the exterior and interior of the house, he proceeded to treat the exterior.  I noticed he wiped down all of the lower windows and doors and dusted and sprayed several areas, including locations where the vinyl siding met the wood trim.  He sprayed our garage, lower and upper floors, and our attic.  After completing the job he reviewed with me what he had done and we talked briefly about control measures.  I am quite satisfied with the quality of  his work.

  It went well. They showed up on time and went straight to the problem and took care of it. We had just bought the house and sometime between the inspection and us moving in we were hit with termite swarmers and ants. They even called back to check that all was going well and came back to spray again to make sure they were all gone. The guys were all very nice and professional I feel like I picked the right company to take care of any bug issue.
