    Genis Womens Care Pc
Lisa Perry NP treated me rudely during my appointment. I told her that I was suffering with a number of symptoms, and her answer was that I would just have to learn to live with them. She withheld my prescription for medication until I had a mammogram. (This is not ethical practice.) Even after my mammogram was normal, she never bothered to call in my prescription. I loved Dr. Jones, but she left the practice. I will not be returning to this doctor.

HORRIBLE!!!! My breast are two different sizes (a complete bra size different) implants move down when I move my arms, lumps in one breast and both of them are sagging ALOT. And it's only been less then 3 months post implant surgery. And Dr Guarda says nothing can be fixed which is not true.

I have been going here for more than 4 years. Dr. Thibodeau Khan is very personable and happy to answer all questions. She takes the bigger picture into account when evaluating my needs. For example, I needed birth control for miserable periods, but she prescribed one that would also treat my acne. I was very pleased with my cleared skin even though it was never a primary complaint.

    Center for Interventional Medicine LLC
The entire team at the Springfield location was very welcoming and professional. I went in for a free consultation when the heaviness feeling in my lower legs wouldn't go away. Dr. Antani used the ultrasound to quickly diagnosis my issues. I had very large veins causing swelling and fluid retention. Apparently, due to all of the years I spent on my feet working in the hospitality industry + genetics. His team contacted my insurance company to obtain approval for the procedure. I ended up having 3 veins closed with a pain scale of 1 out of 10 (well worth it!). After the procedure, I went back for scherlo to get rid of the unsightly surface veins. Again, no discomfort with the procedures. Today I am back at the gym, running and lifting weights. To date, I am down 17 pounds and I attribute my success to the team at the Center for Interventional Medicine. I had no idea how my leg issues were holding me back from living my life. I encourage everyone to go in for a free consultation - no risk! Kris F.

I like them all there. I use a nurse practitioner if the doctor is not available. I'm going to be looking for another doctor. I don't think there is anything wrong with the doctor. I just don't think we're a good match. That's all.

Staff was friendly, personable yet professional.  Dr. Green was genuinely concerned.  I felt like a part of
their family.  I would definitely recommend Dr. Green and his staff to any and all of my friends!

I called to see Dr. Bonner and receive a second Synvisc injection due to my knee pain. The staff and I discussed whether my insurance would cover this in full. They contacted me to make an appt and stated that they called my insurance company and they informed me that it was covered.
When they filed it with the insurance company they applied most of the cost to my deductible causing me a $683.31 bill. Meanwhile, during my visit Dr. Bonner's explained that the shot was not a good option and he didn't recommend it. we discussed it after the nurse had already drawn the medicine. We then discussed that my insurance was paying for it. I felt pressure for the firm and allowed Dr. Bonner to give me the injection. Big mistake. I couldn't walk out of the office my knee hurt so bad. In weeks following my knee hurt worse and worse. I called the firm back to ask if I could get an MRI done to determine why I was in such pain. I returned on Feburary 2, 2014 I went back after my MRI was done. Dr. Bonner gave me a cortisone injection and stated I was in need for a knee replacement. Since he does not do them any more he recommended Dr. Jordan.
After I received their final bill after insurance explanation, I contacted their billing department and discussed my issues with this. They sent my account to collection for $683.31. Once I determined that my insurance company was not going to cover this I contacted Lori the financial administrator to discuss a large fee that the collection agency put on my account. $220.00 making this bill now $910.00. I explained this in completeness and asked to have them remove the extraordinary fee and she lied to me eluding that the fee was governed by the Collection agency even stated that she was going to complain to their supervisor. I contacted the collection agency to let them know what Lori had said and they assured me that Jordan Young only could remove, take payments, remove the bill from collections, or delay the issues from being reported to the credit bureau.
I called Lori back and told her what I had learned and she said she would not remove the fee.
All in all her lies to me caused me wasted time and finally I now feel that I cannot trust her or the staff.
I am fond of Dr. Bonner however, I will not use this firm to do my surgery or will I refer them.
Be careful what the staff tells you double check behind them if they offer to help you with insurance stuff. And do not expect them to be fair with billing. They want the money and are not interested in helping you. I should have not been given the injection as Dr. Bonner said it wouldn't work. i only allowed them to give it to me because their staff had drawn it before Dr. Bonner came in to see me AND because their staff assured me that my insurance was covering it.

    Dr. Gregory G. Pendell, MD
I've worked with a number of allergist and he's the best allergist that I've ever had. His testing was the most extensive and he discovered things that the other doctors had missed. He was the first one to identify the undiagnosed allergies that I had and treated me for that and it made a huge difference.

The appointment went well. Dr. Cohen is very competent and thorough, but I gave him a B vice an A because I felt his bedside manner needs work. He seemed to be somewhat "matter of fact" in the way he treated my case. I went to see him for chronic headaches and restless leg syndrome. I am doing better in both, but I am going to see if I can provide another provider who is a little friendlier but still competent like Dr. Cohen is.

Great, as usual. Everyone was prompt and all my questions were explained very well. I love that I almost never have to wait here, the staff is friendly and I'm treated like they want me as a patient. The care has been very effective and I am feeling worlds better than a year ago.
