    After having bad experience with another company that I had called for AC repair, we contacted this company and they came in next day, took the time to explain to my mom the issues with the unit and did repairs the same day! They are scheduling time to come in and clean up the external unit since a lot of dust. I am looking forward doing more business with this company!

    On July 15, 2019, I called this company to go to my parents��� house because the AC for my parents was not powering on. They gave me an appointment for the following day and said that they were going to call in when they were on their way. The following day, they called but I was in a meeting so I could not answer the phone. Since they had said they were going to call when they were in their way, I assumed that they were calling to say that they were on their way. It turned out that they call before going to the customer premises to ensure that the services are still needed. Since I did not call back right away, the technician was assigned to another customer. When I called, they told me they did not have anything until the next day. I was pretty upset because they should have explained that they needed verification before going to the house and my parents, two senior citizens of 82 in a medical bed and 79, where without AC when outside was 96 degrees feeling like in the hundreds. That it was difficult to move them out of the house because all my father���s medical equipment. Thirty minutes later, they called me saying that they had an opening and that someone was coming but they did not know what time. Later that day, a technician came and after few minutes he said to my mom that he could not check what was wrong with the AC because it was frozen. My mom speaks Spanish so she could not understand a lot of the explanations but thank God a neighbor that spoke both English and Spanish came in and started asking him questions. He explained again that the unit was frozen that he could not look at it. The neighbor said, what about the one upstairs, to what he responded that it was frozen too. However, accordingly to my mom, he had not gone upstairs. After the neighbor asked him, he went outside and got a ladder. While the technician was upstairs, my mom called me and later put the technician on the phone to talk to me. He told me the same thing. That the unit was frozen that he was coming in the next day to diagnostic the unit. So I asked him that if that meant there would be a charge for both that day and the next day to which he answered yes (which is understandable) Shortly after I hanged up with him, a lady from the company called me and explained that the unit was frozen and that they were scheduling time to come back the next day. She said that she spoke with my mom on the phone and explained everything to her as well. So far, so good. However, few hours later a Senior technical called me and said that one of his Technicians had gone to the house and found that the AC Motor needed to be replaced. I asked him if he was sure that he was calling the right customer and explained what had happened and that even one of the lady called to explain that they could not look at the AC because it was frozen and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He said he would call me back and when he called me back insisted that the problem was the AC Motor and that it would cost $873. I told him that I was going to get a separate estimate because now I did not have trust on what they were proposing. That how would it be possible that he told my mom, my mom���s neighbor, me and their assistant something else and suddenly they were saying it was the motor. If what he was saying was correct, why the receipt did not have any information? Why did the assistant schedule an appointment for diagnostic the unit the next day? Upset, he said that he was going to cancel the next day appointment. I got another company to look at the AC, it was an electrical card and cost us half of the price. Needless to say, I do not trust this company!

    They have been very good, reliable, and responsive. They other day someone from the gas company told me I had a gas leak. I called them and they got right out and got it fixed. Their prices are very fair and I would highly recommend them.

    Simmons Heating and Cooling Inc
    The installers (Scott and Shane) were on time and courteous. They worked in a professional manner and you barely knew they were in the house. Upon arrival they let me know their plans and ask if it was ok . At the end of the job they had little cleaning to do because they were clean and they cleaned as they worked. They informed me of the completion,asked if I had any questions,did a walk through and thanked me for my business. The best part was that it was all done with a ����. Thank you guys again

    On time. Accurate. Efficient. Clean. Fair prices. I've been with WM since 2007 for my home HVAC maintenance and upgrades, and since have used them for both my businesses. They recently were part of my backyard upgrade/overhaul and patio installation. They were tasked with moving the AC condenser down to the end of the patio and were asked to keep it aesthetic and all the lines hidden/minimized as much as possible. And that's exactly what they did... the whole thing looks better than I had imagined! Well done. Highly recommended.

    The installation went very smoothly and very fast compared to the same type of Lennox system I had them install 2 years ago. The team (Hulio, Joe and Jasper) were here about 9:15 am and the installation was completed by 3:30 pm the same day. that is outstanding work.

They were able to coordinate doing their work with other work already in progress and completed in a very timely manner.     Ivan's was able to show up on the same day that we called. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get our heating system working again. Since the heating system was 15+ years old, Ivan's gave us a price quote to repair the existing system as well as estimates for a couple of replacement optionss. They provided us information on the options with no pressure on which one we should choose. We have used Ivan's several times (at different houses) over the years. They always provide fast, courteous service and reasonable rates.

    Perfect - all units are working fine and did not need any extra work or parts (2 zones). Personnel were on time, polite, clean, and obviously experienced. I have to say, this is the very first time that I have ever had these systems checked that the servicing technician did not find something wrong that was going to cost me extra $$$$. That builds credibility and tells me that if they do find something wrong in the future, I can believe the work is necessary. Thank you Conrad's Climate Control - you guys are great!
