    He is phenomenal. He gets A's across the board. I don't trust no one else with my car. Always will use him. Just the way he does business. He doesn't mark up the prices of the parts that he gets from the stores. He is straight forward. He doesn't do any repairs that are completely unnecessary. He tells you this should be done, but you don't have to, it can wait. No pressure what so ever. He is a great help. Just a phenomenal guy.

    I have been to Dellinger's multiple times over several years for oil changes and other car maintenance services. The wait for oil changes always took longer than 45 minutes. Inspections took more than 30 minutes per vehicle. Service is slow and inefficient. One visit I had my transmission fluid replaced and at the very the next visit (3-4 months later) one of the technicians noticed that it looked like it needed to be replaced, and I agreed. Visually, the fluid appeared that it had not been done at the previous visit, although the record of it being done (and paid) was in the computer system. This raised a red flag. The employees are not service-driven and the only benefit the location. I believe that prices are above average for average quality work. I don't trust this organization, proceed with caution.

    I just opened a claim with Attorney General up in Richmond, Virginia. I have a convertible vehicle. I have paid them in the past to fix the motor for the quarter window. I have paid big time. My car is 14 years old. But, if I take it for repair, I'm paying for the repair. After a certain time they used to say, "I'm not going to fix your car. You need to buy a new." So it's like nobody tells me what to do. I paid them to fix my vehicle. The other day - it was maybe the beginning of June - my car started accelerating in the highway. I complained to Chrysler and Chrysler came back and said, "Oh you have a lot of miles." Safety does not have age. It's 20 or 40 or 30 years old, if it's a vehicle and it can pass the inspections and I'm driving it, it has to be safe. I have bought three vehicles from this dealership brand new and every single vehicle, I have spent a fortune. The first vehicle I bought in 1998. I had maybe 11,000 miles and it was dripping oil in my driveway. In 2002, I sold this vehicle and then I got another one. I had to get an arbitrator because I had all kind of problems. Now, I have it for 14 years. I bought the vehicle for $30000. I bought extended warranties. Most of the time, they will not honor the extended warranties because they say that I was not covered. I have to pay out of my pocket, even though I have extended warranty. I bought the most expensive extended warranty. One time, they left the oil plug and my garage was full of oil because they were trying to burn the engine so I can buy another car. I'm not going to buy a car. I'm fixing what I have. This is a crime, trying to mess up with my property. I paid for that window a couple of years ago. I paid $800. I don't use the convertible because most of time I'm on travel. I wanted to use it because we had hot weather in Virginia. It was like 90/95 and the window is not going down. If I did not keep the car in the garage, with all this rain we have here, it will be flooded. The main concern is, the car has an inspection that it's safe to drive and then it was accelerating on the interstate. I took it to AAA and AAA fixed it, but it cost me almost $400. They are just expensive, there is no quality. Because I bought the vehicle from them, they gave me a free annual inspection. If you go to a store, to get the inspection, it's like maybe $14-$20. I may save $20, but every time I go over there, they nickel dime me. One time they told me that the lamps on my vehicle were foggy. I said, "Can you clean it?" They said, "Oh yes. It's $85," and they make me wait one hour because it was a big process. They don't tell you the truth. With the car that I have now, in 2006, the cruise control was failing. I took the car and we fixed it. They changed the motor. It cost me $300. When they replaced the motor, it was still the same problem. So I kept taking the car. One day they found out that it was a switch.

    Travis' Auto Repair has a reputation for professional work at a competitive price.  I can tell you that it is a well-earned reputation.  The work done was quick and they took the time to call and let me know that although one of the parts that I had provided was the incorrect fit, there was no need to swap it anyway, as the hose was in pristine shape.

    Chase did a great job, and I have already priced some other work to be done to my truck!  Will be using TAR again, soon!

    I called the day before to make an appointment and they said I didn?t have to make one. Then when I came the next day, they asked if I had an appointment. I then asked them to vacuum and wash the truck; but they didn?t and I was there for about 3 hours.

    My last experience was fine for automobile care and the name of the service provider I used was Tread Quarter in Suffolk. I think overall the cost was 400 including the tires and the service. There was nothing that I disliked about them. The price was pretty decent. I liked the service. I got it the same day. They are good for the professionalism.

    I chose this shop from previous experience, but it was not on the insurance company's recommended list.
    Some time after the work was completed in March 2012 the front end of the car tore loose when it was backed out of a parking place. An '01 Chrysler 300M is a low car, but there had been many curb scrapes before the repairs and no damage was done other than scratch marks under the bumper.
    Mr. Barnard had all kinds of excuses as to why the front end tore.  He claimed the car must have had another accident and been worked on by someone else. Not true! Then he claimed he has 40 some years experience and there was a staub in the curb that snagged the bumper. There wasn't!
    Three other auto body men have told us the front bumper was not secured properly with all the braces and clips it should have had.
    Mr. Barnard refuses to acknowledge the work was not done right. He said he'd "work with me," meaning he wanted more money to replace the front end again.
    He told me to go back to the insurance company, but his shop was not on their recommended list.
    I was honest with him when I brought the car and the insurance check. I told him I had done more damage since the estimate and paid him the difference. Then he got more money from the insurance company running the job up to $ 4,000.
    I haven't complained about the shabby looking grill on the front end he installed.
    I finally told him if I have to pay more to get it fixed, I'm not spending it with him. So now I ride around with a sagging, torn front bumper and I'd like to letter his name on it for all to see!
    Since I last talked to him I've had to replace the radiator.  The radiator shop said it was new in 2012 and they don't know why it failed so soon.

    Vehicle had to be towed to them and left overnight, as they were closed. Arranged the repair by phone the next morning, picked
    up the vehicle that afternoon. We trust them to diagnose whatever problems we have, as they did in this case -- we had no idea what the problem was. They specialize in electrical repairs and oversized vehicles, but they do excellent work on any vehicle. Call ahead to arrange for a time, as sometimes they are very busy.
