    was canceling appointment when tech arrived. Tech said he would take a look at dishwasher anyway. Based on the problem and the age and model of dishwasher tech said I probably could replace with a new one for around the cost of the repair. (parts and labor)

    The young man was very polite and personable. The dishwasher has been retaining a lot of water. I have a GE. The young man said he has the same dishwasher, and that it retains water also. There was really nothing he could repair. He said some dishwashers do that. I was going to buy a new dishwasher, but decided not to. If others do this, I don't want to waste my money. I would recommend Suffolk Appliances, and I would use them again. Ruth Hamm

    The actual service to diagnose the problem was excellent. The service technician was very helpful and was on-time. The wait for an initial appointment was unacceptably long. If I did not have a maintenance agreement already with Sears, I would not use them again.

    They did not have the part in stock to fix the dryer on September 9th when they came to my home ~ the tech was punctual. The technician and the scheduler (Erica) were truly polite and left no worries that my dryer would indeed be fixed. Unfortunately, to date, I have received 1 phone call from Erica in October stating that she was still waiting for the part from the manufacturer and would check to see how much longer it would take for it to come in for repair and keep me in the loop. It's November 10th today. I have called back numerous times and left numerous messages. To no avail, no one answers or returns my calls. I was truly hopeful that their experience and professionalism would prevail and I would have a dryer working properly, but after 2 months and no additional contact, actions have spoken for how this business runs.

    READ GOOGLE REVIEWS ON THIS GUY FIRST!!!! Extremely unprofessional. Set up an appointment, after he did not show up between the times he provided, I called him and he said he forgot and said he could come in the following week. When I asked him if he had something earlier, he then says "you know, I've decided not to work on your brand of appliances anymore because they give me a headache". I've taken time off from my work for this repair guy to simply no show and no call.

    Perfect repair. I called & told them the problem. They gave me a time and a "window" of hours & called the day before, as well as 15 minutes before they arrived. Diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix, while they ordered the part. Called again to set up the time to install the new part, called again 15 minutes before arrival, fixed the freezer, presented the bill which was exactly the estimate. Freezer is working fine now.

    He came out and he told me that he was the only person in Virginia that could repair just the bearing that was loose, without replacing the whole drum. I spoke to some parts supply stores, and they informed me that with Maytag appliances it was necessary to replace the whole drum. He promised to guarantee the bearing and seal kit. Now, my unit is acting even worse than before. He now refuses to return my calls. I have gone to their office, and his employees were not willing to help me at all with communicating with him. He refused to break down the cost of labor. The parts store informed me that the parts cost $100. 

    I called him today 03/16/2015 informing him that my machine is making a lot of noise and jumping. I told him I didn't want him to stick it to me price wise, he informed me that he would "stick it to me any way he can", and added with "now do you still want me to service your machine?" Informed him I didn't want him to come to my home for a service call.

    George took the ice machine home with him to repair.  Brought it back once repaired and the part for refrigerator had come in. Both were repaired well.  Of special note, instead of ordering the refrigerator part from subzero (which is the refrigerator we had) George knew that the part was the same from GE costing $100 less so ordered that part for us instead.  Nice that he would go to the effort of saving us $100!!

    I called and received same day service. I was told between 1-5. I received a phone call telling me he was on his way. He arrived promptly at 1. There was a small plastic piece in the door with a piece that had broken off, thus causing an inability to stayed closed. He thought he might have a similar piece in his truck but did not. He drilled a hole in the piece and reconnected the spring. It worked like a charm. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He told me that the repair was good for three months and if something happened to it before then all I needed to do was call and they would order the part for me. I will use this company in the future for any of my appliance repair needs.

    Great job!  You could tell he knew what he was doing.  It took 2 visits because parts had to be ordered, but I was only charged for one service call.  I was told to allow 10 days for parts and he would call and schedule a time to install them.  I received a call on the 10th day and an appointment was set up for the very next day.
