    Western Branch Chiropractic
I have never had any issues with availability. I like pretty much everything about this chiropractor. The overall care, they are helpful with the overall pain. That right there is a big plus. He’s just excellent overall, helping you with your pain, just pretty much helping you from head to toe. He pretty much takes care of your whole overall person from mind, body, you’re eating habits, everything. I mean he just not concentrating on one particular spot, he concentrates on you as whole overall person. If that makes any sense at all.

    Bevilacqua, Dr. Anthony M.
Dr. Bevilaqua diagnosed my knee problem in February 2014 after reviewing my MRI's and xrays.  He discussed the pro's and con's of surgery and left it up to me to decide when I was ready.  Once I decided to have the surgery he and his staff set up the preliminary education, the hospital tour, the physical therapy and directed me through the entire process from start to finish.
He is direct and looked at my care from all prospectives.  I had my surgery on 11/5/2014.  Dr. Bev. made himself available to me any time i needed anything.  He communicated with my physical therapists and myself  regularily to ensure that my recovery was on track with my goals.
I have played sports all of my life and my knee just wouldn't allow me to perform competitively. After 4 months of my recovery I am proud to say I am back on the tennis courts and almost completely pain free. The entire experience was much like i expected from the preliminary appointments and discussions and education that I received pre op.  One of the things that truly impressed me is the respect that his staff, the physical therapists and the hospital has for him as a physician.  I highly recommend Dr. Bevilaqua for joint replacement surgery.  He is a very talented surgeon and a caring physician.

    Knuckles-N-Knots
Overall, I really enjoy Knuckles and Knots. I use the Chesapeake location and typically go every two weeks. You really can't beat $40 for a 1 hour Swedish massage. The reception staff are friendly and professional. The therapists are well trained and do a nice job. My only complaint with the therapists were that they talk too much during the massage. I tried not talking back, but they usually just kept going. I just found it a bit irritating since I was trying to relax. The office is clean and welcoming, but the walls are a bit thin and at time you can hear other people.

    Barone, Dr. John P.
He evaluated me and determined that not only had I been misdiagnosed in the past, but that I could still benefit from physical therapy in addition to my chiropractic care. After getting my primary care physician to transfer my prescription for physical therapy, Dr. Barone was able to to still work on my back problems in addition to getting physical therapy. It really is the best of both worlds. Dr. Barone works very closely with the physical therapy staff so I don't have to cross-communicate myself. It was a bit of a shock going into his and quot;officeand quot; because he really exists within the physical therapy environment versus the singular home-town chiropractor that I had been used to.

    KINDER-CARE LEARNING CENTERS
My son goes to a day care.  I like that they open at five and close at six.  I think the price is competitive for the area.  I like their curriculum.  My son seems to be learning above average for the age.

Cayce's Association for Research and Enlightmen
The facility is pleasant and the staff is friendly. My massage therapist was amicable and did a great job at relaxing me and soothing my muscles. I enjoyed the experience and would like to return for another massage.

Massage Envy Spa - Harbour View
Per usual I was greeted warmly at the desk by name, since I've been going to Massage Envy for over a year now. I went to the serenity room and sat while waiting for my therapist, Cristen. I was told by the receptionist that she was running late, but only by about 10 minutes. At that time Cristen took me back for my massage. Per usual she asked what needed to be worked on. She did an excellent job working on the spots that I identified, but she also found several areas that were worse than I realized and were affecting the spots that I'd mentioned. I felt much better after my massage and will continue to go there for massages.

I love them. They are amazing. They are quick and always there for me. They squeeze me in even if it is like last minute emergency. They are incredibly good in educating me about what is going on. They make my back feel wonderful.

    Wardell Orthopaedic
The doctor in the ER put my foot in a boot cast. I called and was given an appointment right away with Dr. Bowman. He ordered x-rays and verified my foot was healing and ordered four weeks of physical therapy to stretch the tendons and strengthen my foot so that my range of motion would be back to normal. Once the physical therapy was completed Dr. Bowman checked to make sure my foot was healed then removed the cast. Everyone from the front office to the doctor to the physical therapists were very professional and friendly. I received excellent care and would highly recommend the practice.

    Sports Med & Orthopedic Ctr
I was a patient a SMOC from May 2012 - Dec. 2012. During this time I was shuffled between 4 different doctors. Three times I was forgotten about after check-in, once in an exam room, where I sat for over 2 hours before asking someone if I would actually be seeing the doctor that day. Two times, in the middle of my exam, (once the doctor, and once a nurse) realized that they were looking at another patient's chart. Several times I had to call to find out why I had not received appointments for tests that were to be scheduled, only to find out the info had never been passed on to the doctor or hospital that were to perform the tests.
Several members of the staff (not all) are VERY rude.
In the end, I owe them several thousand dollars for the privilege of being treated like dirt, in no way actually being treated, and being sent on to a pain management facility.
I will never go to this practice or any of the doctors therein again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
