    Murphy & Staats MDs
Weve seen Dr. Murphy a couple times and routinely see Dr. Staats. We really love the personalized care we receive at this office. Dr. Staats is very open and supportive of parent choices. She provides detailed information and educates parents on options of care. She has a very pleasant bedside manner and not only does she genuinely care for her patients, but the parents too. She always asks how we are doing with deep sincerity. We drive a significant distance to this practice because thats how much we like them. The office operates in a more old school paper file form which isnt for everyone, but I dont mind since the level of care is remarkable. Dr. Staats appointments are always on time and she stays to her schedule to ensure each patient gets quality time. Due to this they do not accept late arrivals which I think is very courteous for all patients who arrive on time. Dr. Staats books up way in advance so it does require some forethought to schedule an appointment. Dr. Murphy takes his allergy testing appointments and all sick appointments. Since his schedule is more unpredictable due to sick visits there can be a wait depending on the day, however you can get same day appointments. Weve never had any issues with billing or the front desk staff. The nurses have been thorough and compassionate. Overall I feel like we were really fortunate to find this practice.

The office staff is very efficient and well organized. I arrived on time, filled out the required info and was seen by the doctor within minutes. I specifically chose Dr. Sabina Malhotra. I've found that women physicians are more focused, more detail oriented, more compassionate and definitely have a better command of doctor/patient communication skills. Dr Malhotra is young, dedicated and exceeded all expectations. If you are looking for a good practice and a great doctor, Arthritis & Sports is the place to go and Dr. Malhotra is the doctor to see.

Great place. Everyone is so nice from the minute I checked in and was taken back to a room. My appointment was on time and everything was very efficient, including x-rays. I saw Dr. Wilson - great bedside manner, very professional and has a great sense of humor, which was appreciated. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Bahadori explained everything in a very clear and detailed way. He was very nice and engaging with our 4 year old son. The procedures were a huge success and our son can sleep and breath and has so much more energy. The other doctors had us running in circles and spending money on unnecessary tests. Thank God for Dr. Bahadori and his team. If only we had called them first. He is worth the extra week or two wait!! In my experience you have to wait for good doctors.

    Nova Medical Group
We started using Nova Medical in 1997. At that time they had one office on Triple Seven Road with a small staff. Dr. Keenan and Dr. Marshak are terrific doctors! But over the years they have grown into a multi-site operation with a large number of physicians. (Many don't stay very long.) Level of care is now poor, especially because one never knows which professional will be available.
They have just gotten too big and uncaring.
Dr. Keenan (if you read this) you need an in-depth study of what your corporation has become.

    Inova Primary Care - Ashburn
The office is very disheveled. Communication wasn't very good. They sent me off to get x-rays to see if my lungs were clear at a radiology center. I sent the results and the results of an earlier x-ray to them, but no one contacted me for two months. I got a huge run around and they told me my doctor was not qualified to read x-rays. I told them they told me to. I then got another phone call saying they didn't have the x-rays. I told them they have the x-rays and they said they need to have my doctor look at them, unlike what they said earlier, that my doctor was not qualified to look at x-rays and they didn't give me any recommendations on how to find the answer to this question. I finally called the radiology center I got the x-rays done at and they gave me an answer. I had to figure that out for myself. No one told me I could call the radiology center. I got a huge run-around for two months and when it comes to something like that, it's completely unacceptable. After I wrote a bad review about them, they called me and apologized and said the staff weren't fully trained. It was unfortunate that I had to go through that and especially over something that could have been cancer. They did try to explain what happened, but it doesn't change the fact that I went through two months of stress. They were very apologetic about what happened. But it should have never gotten to that level. Their staff needs serious help and training.

Everything went very smoothly. This was my first follow up since I received my hearing aids at Blue Ridge. She did some fine tuning which was excellent. She also worked with me on certain "cleaning" issues.

    Brambleton Family Practice
They were efficient and fast. I feel comfortable at my doctor's visit. They were really knowledgable and took my concerns seriously. They also got results very fast for me and called me back. I had a bad experience with a previous doctor. It was a turn around in the quality of service. My friend recommended them to me and I ended up seeing one of the new doctors. I did not wait a long time. They have professional staff and a clean comfortable facility. They have a lobby and TV.

    Eapen Anne Rose MD
She is very personable and knowledgeable. As a matter of fact, she is a medical teacher as well as a doctor. She is hooked up with University of Virginia and she often has medical students working with her. She is board certified and on the board of directors at UEA or board of teaching something like that. She got a lot of credentials. As far as personally, she is very one-on-one with her patients and she remembers. I see her couple of times a year at least. I have been seeing her for probably twenty-five years and she remembers things from previous visits that I do not even remember.

    Shuman, Dr. Joanna G.
My husband dropped something heavy on his big toe and it needed to be treated. We both felt comfortable from the minute we walked into the office. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Shuman herself was wonderful. Have you ever gone to a specialist who was so great that you found yourself wishing that the specialist could be your primary care physician? That was how my husband and I felt about her. She answered our questions using language that we understood without ever talking down to us. My husband and I will absolutely use her again and refer her to others.
