Do NOT use this moving service. Although the crew that picks up and moves boxes and furniture etc. are hardworking, the rest of the operation is horrible. The cost far exceeded the estimated price, and JK refused to acknowledge responsibility for damage to items stored in their Sterling facility. JK blamed me for the damage.
