    I reached out to N&D on a Sunday, not expecting a reply until Monday at the earliest. Perry answered me within an hour. The responsiveness has been outstanding - I've never waited more than a few hours to hear back, even if it didn't require an urgent response. Perry was able to help me understand the cost and compatibility after just a few emails. Once scheduled, Darren showed up on time and was very pleasant to work with. He made sure we understood every facet of the system. Although the commitment is only for one year, I'm sure I'll continue using their services for years to come!

    These guys were super prompt. They were on time, returned calls, and gave good estimates. The best part was that the technicians working on the house would text me with updates of completed work. They would send me pictures of completed work. They offered advice on other things that could be fixed to ensure top dollar on our rental. They were NOT pushy if I declined advised services. I would hire them again in a heart beat!!

    I am removing my text, apparently my Angie's list subscription was expired and they charged me a renewal when I logged in to give it. I've found this site unhelpful in finding reputable contractors and have no desire to renew my membership. I have requested a refund.

    They are very helpful over the phone and solve any problems. It took about 15 minutes to get the other alarms installed. They are very efficient price wise and you  can cancel anytime. They are a very good alarm company and are the place to go.

    I have been using the company for about 2 years. The system was very easy to install myself and it is all wireless. I just plugged in the control panel and stuck the censors where I needed. Their monitoring service has been outstanding. We have had security systems for over 30 years and theirs is the best we have ever had. We can control the system through our cell phones. Any time I have needed their service or help they have been very responsive.

    I ended up buying more sensors than what was in the angie's list promotion. It is a self installation system, very easy to install. One of my sensors (CO monitor) had an issue, which they replaced.  So far we are happy with their service.  Some times reaching a call center rep takes a long hold time.

    They were pretty good. I don’t have any complains with them. It was a decent cost for what I wanted done. The guy that I spoke to, he was on top of it. He called to remind me. When I told him to call me back, he did. They were good. I didn’t have any issues with them. They sent the system via mail and I guess it’s up to me to really follow up with them but they’ve been following up with them. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions in my research for a home security system. They provided comparisons.

    I received the equipment in a week and installed it myself. Omar contacted me via email and phone to set up the monitoring. He was very helpful. I wanted cameras but the cost was prohibited and they do not monitor cameras. In Sept I filled out a survey stating that I wanted a control pad for my downstairs door because the keyfob arm/disarm gadgets do NOT require any verification. They provided a small remote control panel for half price and didn't charge shipping which was nice.
    My only complaint is the monthly rate for monitoring, if I had installed my own equipment I've found there are other monitoring companies with rates that are half as much. However, Frontline is about the same monthly cost as others who both sell/monitor equipment. If you are a DIYer, I recommend you look into hiring monitoring company only. If you are like me and need a quick and simple solution, this company is professional and helpful.

    We recently moved to a new home with a security system already installed.  I reviewed Angie's List and decided to use Vintage Security.  The Vintage Security representative was prompt and very friendly.  He was thorough and explained things as he went, since I had never owned a security system. The annual security monitoring fee is reasonable, and the customer service representatives continue to be courteous and helpful as I call with any questions.

    He didn't measure the job correctly at all.  It was supposed to take 8 hours max to replace both doors.  It ended up take over 3 weeks.  He has damaged the door frames completely. He said it was all custom work that is why it cost so much.  He had invited a woman into my home when I was not there, I had noticed something going on and when I came back to my house she was sitting on my dining room furniture without my permission.  I wanted to speak with him over this and he told me he didn't have a minute.  He put the locks of the main door in upside down.  He hung the entire interior door upside down until I had said something and he thought it was okay.  He even spray painted black in my grass.  I could see in between the masonry and the frame. He had actually damaged one of the brand new security doors I purchased.  He left nails every where and there was a big mess.  He didn't even use his own tools, he used all of my own tools except his own drill. He got so frustrated with the job when I told him that he wasn't going to be doing the second door, he jumped my fence and just walked off.  I was there to inspect everything that had happened.  I have been living elsewhere in the meantime because the home is completely unsafe to live in.  He was totally disrespectful.
