    Everything went exceptionally well. We needed an inspector certified by the National Fireplace Institute; Amazing Flame had no problem arranging for a timely inspection. Mr. David Sanders arrived promptly, and immediately impressed us with his attention to cleanliness; e.g., cleaning each log as he removed it. The unit was over 25 years old, and of a design Mr. Sanders had not seen before, which provoked his suspicions. He verified that the unit was not only obsolete, but had been banned from Loudoun and Fairfax counties due to dangerous design elements. A total replacement was required, which would require a new connection installation by a licensed gas fitter. Since he could do no more, he clearly explained his recommendations for our next actions, and packed to leave. He said that since he could not really do a full service call, we had NO charge to pay. While we wish we had a different result, we remain very pleased with the service and professionalism provided by Amazing Flame.

    We have a gas fireplace that was last serviced 14 months ago by another company. When it was time for another cleaning, based on both dust build-up and the fact the set's pilot would not stay lit anymore, we researched this company here on Angie's List and gave them a shot. Fantastic work. The technician, who is also an owner, fixed and cleaned our log set within 30 minutes or so. Very professional, neat, and went through everything at the end. Definitely recommended.

    Provider was very professional and helpful.  Our gas fireplace is less than 2 years old and provider did a better job of explaining its functionality than the company who installed it. Our log placement was also incorrect which created black smoke on our glass. Provider took the time to research correct log placement and correct.  I will definitely plan to schedule an annual check-up with Wammoth from here on out.

    I selected the gas logs that best suited my preference and price range.  When Tracy was here during my initial inspection, we set the date for installation of new logs.  I e-mailed her with my choice of design.  Tracy's husband was here earlier today, on time and promptly set about with removal of the old logs and burner.  He installed the new burner and checked for leaks.  There were none.  He continued to place the new logs and embers, and ignited the flame.  He made certain that all was in good working order, and showed me how to control the flame height (manual).  My new gas logs came with an on/off remote control, and I couldn't be happier!

    Our flame had gone out in our gas fireplace and we had never had it serviced before. The staff came in, cleaned every part, and changed the batteries in the remote receiver. They removed each piece of glass and cleaned until it was clear. It was quick and efficient.

    They were very good at what they did, they knew what to do, knew how to fix my problem, I couldn't get it to fire up . They did a fine job at cleaning things up, and they put new glowing material down and the fire place functioned as it should when they were done. So I was very satisfied with their work. When the technician was here it went well.

    Unit had been randomly cutting off. George quickly diagnosed the problem as coming from two loose wires, which he fixed before disassembling, cleaning, and re-assembling the unit. Everything appears to work fine!

    The guy came out and did an awesome job.  He got the fireplace back in shape and running and showed me what I needed to know to operate it properly.  While he was here he checked my gas range which was not igniting and my gas water heater because I thought I smelled gas.  Even though his specialty is fireplaces, he was so easy to help me with these other two items without even charging me extra.  It's been a few years and I'm still enjoying the fireplace thanks to his good work.
    All around great guy. I'd recommend him to anyone.
