Very professional throughout the entire process. Focused on quality and customer expectations. Final outcome is a product built with exceptional structural integrity and design. This was accomplished in five days. His crew did not come and go. They arrived every day at 8am and departed at 5pm..sometimes later. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality product built by trustworthy craftsmen. Thankyou.

I scheduled the service appointment through the web-site. I received a call the following day stating that they could not keep the appointment commitment so we re-scheduled for a later day. We were told that the appointment window was from 8:00 AM through 6:00 PM and they would not commit to either an AM or PM appointment. At 5:30 PM, I received a call that they would not be coming that day and would like to re-schedule. At that point, I decided to call a company that actually would keep their service commitment. Unless you want to wait at home all day only to be disappointed, I suggest you try another company.

Very well. They had many big projects on their schedule, but they fit in my work anyway. Very reasonable price. called back next day after my phone message. Tech called ahead to advise when he would be here. Work done properly. No mess. Didn't even knock on the door to demand payment when done. Will send a bill. Trust!

On 8/21/17, upon their inspection, I was told that there had been a previous fire in the chimney which had cracked the chimney. I was also told there was no liner in the chimney and one would need to be installed. I was given a quote for $2500 and was informed that if I gave them a 50% deposit, it would allow them to start the work within a couple weeks. So, I handed over a deposit for $1250, which was posted within their bank account that day. By mid-September, they had still failed to come and make the necessary fixes to my chimney. After several calls and texts between that time, was always told they would come the next week because they were finishing up another job. Over the span of 2-3 weeks, they always made an excuse as to why they couldn’t make it to my repairs. Once the work was started, it took them over a 3 week period to fix the cracks and attempt to install the liner. The liner itself took a week because the two technicians couldn’t get it to fit properly. They also could not get the original wood stove attached to the liner - the owner of the company, Bart Elkins, showed up and got the liner to fit into the chimney. At the time, because of the lack of daylight, they had only one small thing to fix (attaching the boot and the stove) and would return the next day. In good faith, I paid the remainder of the money, $1250, to the owner of the company for a total amount of $2500. The next day lapsed into another few days before they showed up again, after promising to come the next day. When they came to attach the boot, the boot that they had ordered took several days and when it did arrive, it wasn’t the right one and I had got wait another 4-5 days for them to return it for the proper one. Another 2 weeks had gone by, a new technician showed up. They had to push my stove all the way into the fireplace, thereby making the facade of the fireplace unable to be reattached. The technician attached the boot, put some putty around it at the joint, and I was told that they stove could now be used. I was told, at that time, that the owner would custom make a facade and bring it over the following week. This, of course, never happened. This was approximately the last week in October. Immediately upon burning wood in the stove, the putty around the joint started to crack and fall off. At that point, you could see about a 1/4-1/2 inch gap between the boot and the top of the stove. See pictures attached. When I texted ACT about this, I received a phone call a day or two later. I was told that this was fine and that the putty really wasn’t needed in the first place. I was, again, told that a custom facade would be made and attached the following week - which of course turned into another week where nothing was done and the facade never came. I had to hire another company to fix and to this day, they have ignored my repeated requests for a refund.

They did an excellent job. 4 staff were there, which made the work go much faster. They had excellent attention to detail, and the windows and screens look beautiful. I would absolutely use them again, and recommend to others.

This was the best price with a guaranteed estimate. The three gentlemen arrived on time, and were professional and friendly in every possible way. All items, including 4 glass china cabinets, arrived in perfect condition. I can't say enough about this company and this particular crew. Sam, Torey and Brad!

I called Milam since they are in Snowden Bridge anyway for the common areas as I figured with a townhouse, it'd just be cheaper to first ask someone already in the development on a regular basis. I left a voice mail initially, and received a very prompt phone call from Mike, who said they could take care of it the next time they were doing the commons area behind my townhouse, and let me know when that was.
They came by when he said, and did a fantastic job with everything. He's been very professional, and is very reasonably priced for everything that they do.

Having experienced numerous local and long distance moves, we were dreading having to deal with another moving company and related hassles. After reading the positive reviews on Angies List, we decided to give Mover Dudes a call - and I'm very happy we did. Their lead crewman (Matt) was great. He worked nonstop and kept the other crew organized and on task. The furniture was nicely wrapped in pads and the truck was nicely packed to maximize space. Communication with everyone at the company was outstanding. After all loading/unloading we were asked to do a walk-thru to ensure all items were loaded and or placed where we wanted it. We had a big job taking two days and two trips. Great overall service! Highly recommend!

Starting with the initial design everything went very smoothly.  There were multiple options given to us for the deck design, and the owner provided a very thorough explanation of how the process would work.  Everyone was very easy to get in touch with, and quick to answer any questions that we had.
The day the equipment arrived was exciting - I knew it wouldn't be long before the deck would be completed.  Despite some rainy days, the work was completed much quicker than I had anticipated, with a very high level of quality.

Leon Eppard is very professional and easy to work with.  Those  qualities were clearly reflected by his craftsmen in the way they approached my project.  They operate seamlessly together and take pride in the quality of their work.  I would hire them again without hesitation.
This project turned out exactly as we envisioned.  It is the element that was missing from the entrance to our home.
Thanks Leon, Sheila and the rest of the team for a job very well done!
