ATroy-Bilt ConstructionProject turned out excellent. Troy started by producing a detailed design drawing, allowing me to quickly gain approval from my HOA for the modifications. He then began work, identifying areas where previous builders of my deck had cut corners. Troy was able to remediate these issues as part of the project (installing missing flashing between the deck and the house, adding footers). He made several suggestions along the way to ensure excellence in the finished product. He has high standards in his craftsmanship, and it shows.- Matt J.

Troy is a true perfectionist when it comes to his trade! They showed up everyday and worked very long hours until the project was completed! Troy was very helpful In helping me make some of the design decions that I wasn't sure about and always thinking about keeping the structural support part of the build in mind! I truly love my new deck with a beautiful custom screen porch using the ScreenEze system! The job site was cleaned up at the end of everyday and all trash was taking away at the end of job! ABNW BuildersWe were very pleased with the process and the results. They did an excellent job communicating and explaining the work, before, during, and after it was done. We appreciated the fact that we could visit a showroom to see materials (in addition to someone coming to us). Bruce was very patient with all of our questions. We were very lucky with weather and scheduling and the actual work on the house took just over a week because there was a specialized team for each part (roof, siding, etc.) and more than one team could work at a time. We may have been able to get a better price elsewhere, but good service and confidence in the people doing the work is worth a lot. Bruce was extremely responsive from start to finish and it was obvious that he and his staff care about quality work. We highly recommend BNW Builders and would use them again.- Julie F.

ALonestar Siding & WindowsInitially we just wanted a new deck. Loved it so much we had them install retractable awnings. Came time for new siding and knew we could trust them for great quality at a fair price, replaced the doors and gutters at the same time. AVery well. We were informed on a regular basis when the work would start and when the supplies dumpster and other items would arrive. Once everything arrived, the Lonestar staff began the process of removing the old siding and replacing it with the new siding. Partly through the process, the new storm doors were installed. All of this took about 10 days. The staff were very attentive to detail and really took pride in their work. Finally, the new gutters were installed. All in all, a job well done.

AI never put much stock into lifetime warranties until now! BNW came out within one day of my calling to report a piece of my gutter got blown off. Gerald was wonderful, explained to me that i needed to clean the outside of my gutters for best performance. He repaired the piece in a few minutes. Thanks to a great company that stood behind its warranty.

FThe estimate was a sham - it took two and a half hours - the expectation was, once you put in all of that time, how would you just walk away from a renovation that was more than double of any other estimate, Then, the car -dealer borrowed sham - call into manager to get a better deal - twice!!! And the price was still way over market. But - if you booked it right then, $10,000 less than next day; $20,000 less than 9 months hence. The contractor would not provide an estimate, until you walked through every decision the bathroom renovation would entail. This was disgusting. I think also a sham for seniors. I would not recommend.
