    I found Adelphi's website through Facebook and browsed all of the custom wood projects he had completed for others. Although they didn't have any pictures of the particular project I needed, I was still impressed by the level of craftsmanship on those they had completed. I decided to reach out to them through Facebook messenger and had a reply in minutes. They were very approachable and friendly. I explained what I was looking for and they walked me through the pros and cons of the particular choices I had made. I know nothing about these types of things but they were clearly experts. Not only did they complete the toy bin, but also used better wood, sanded/rounded all sharp edges, and coated the exterior to prevent splinting. The finished product was amazing and was completed in a timely fashion. About a week later, I was surprised by a phone call from Adelphi. They asked how my kids were enjoying their new toy-bin and if there were any issues with it. I explained we all loved it and thanked them again. They ended the call by offering to fix any issues with the toy-bin as they came up. Great Business/Customer experience. I would highly recommended if you need anything custom made to call these guys, they are the best.

    George was friendly, chatty and professional. I left George a voice message and described my seven wooden chairs problems. He called back, set an appointment to evaluate and price the work. George picked up the chairs and repaired them while I was on vacation and returned the chairs when I returned. We inspected the work before payment. Exceptional job.

    Mark did a great job of refinishing the furniture but he did not coordinate with the upholstery shop and never came back to finish the job. He was supposed to reassemble the upholstery pads back onto the refinished chairs. He promised us multiple times that he would completed the reassembly. He eventually stopped returning our calls but did cash our check. We had to pay another company $185.60 to reassemble the upholstery pads to the chairs. We will never use him again and just want buyers to be aware.

    I called Mand M Appliance in October and asked if they would compete with competitor���s prices. A employee by the name of Robert said yes and we negotiated prices for my LG Studio and Electrolux appliances. Once the order was completed Robert explained to me that it should take about 10 days for the shipment update and that there was already two of the 5 appliances in stock. I ordered these appliances on the premise that I was completing a kitchen renovation and would need them by Dec 1 the latest. Robert acknowledged my concern and would call me with the update. 10 days passed by and I took it upon myself to call Robert and find out the status. Robert was unsure of where the appliances I ordered were and automatically said it would take one month (30days) for an update. I waited until mid November and still was not contacted by Robert with an update so again took it upon myself to call Mand M Appliances. I spoke with Robert and he explained to me the appliances could take longer than expected and he did not know where they were. At this point I decided to speak with a manager by the name of Chris who further explained that there was no estimated time and by Dec they should have an idea where the appliances are. December came and there was still no definite delivery date other than check back by the end of the month. At this point I told Chris that his company never informed me of this possible situation before purchasing the appliances and I was in the middle of a kitchen renovation, which now was being
    delayed because the contractor wanted to install the plumbing. Chris offered to deliver the microwave and dishwasher (already in stock) so my renovation can continue. A few weeks went by and after several calls to Chris there was a possibility the appliances would be delivered by Christmas. By this time my kitchen renovation was done and my wife and I were still living out of
    the old refrigerator in the garage and had no stove. Chris finally came through and had the refrigerator delivered on December 24th with one catch. The delivery people for Mand M misinterpreted the delivery cost for ���delivery only��� ���no installation��� so when they arrived at my house my wife had to battle with them on not leaving the refrigerator and stove on my front porch. I called Mand M and explained the issue, which after 20 minutes of frustration the delivery guys were told to install them. The reason this was
    confusing was because Robert trying to match the competitor���s price reduced my delivery costs, which were interpreted as delivery only, but I actually did pay for the installation. Being that the refrigerator was delivered after the kitchen renovation there were some issues with the custom cabinets and the space measured for the refrigerator. Everybody measured right (36and quot;)
    but no body anticipated the refrigerator door hinge conflicting with my wall. If the refrigerator was delivered in a reasonable time then this could had been avoided. I called my contractor back and had to force them to cut a recessed hole in my wall in order to open my refrigerator door (this was partially the contractors fault as well for not leaving more than 36and quot;). Oh but wait here is the best part. After all this I was waiting for Mand M to update on my last appliance (the beverage refrigerator), which never
    happened. I called Chris again and he assured me that I would have it by New Years. Guess what? I did not get it. I even had a delivery date of Jan 4 and no one called me to tell me it was not coming. Nice! OK so back to Chris and more excuses. Now I already heard that because LG Studio appliances all made in Korea that is why it took so long. So I asked Chris now my Electrolux appliance is not made in Korea and it is not being shipped form overseas so what is the deal? He said it was on back
    order. Wow, I never heard this until now 2 1/2 months later. So as you can imagine this was not Mand M���s fault and these were beyond their control. OK, so I explained that I want the beverage refrigerator now and I do not care where you get it from. Two weeks go by and several emails to Electrolux; now they have one in Chicago and it will delivered to me at no cost. The next day now they have one ready to deliver and I said OK send it to me tomorrow, Friday. And of course without fail the delivery guys
    call me Friday afternoon and say there is a accident on the highway and they will not be able to get it to me. I said I do not care if you get to my house by 11pm you are coming to deliver it. I confirmed this with Chris. So after all that all I can say is if you order something Mand M and they do not have in stock, beware. Be very cautious. Confirm something in writing and hold them to it.

    I shopped around the Jacksonville are for new couch and chair.  I settled on Ethridge because they had the style that I was looking for.  Had problems in the past with cheap furniture.  They never last more than a few years, especially with my frequent transfers (military).
    I specifically asked the saleswoman if the furniture was made in China.  She said no they were made in USA.  Long story, short.  Furniture was delivered.  I Inspected for visible damage and everything looked good.  Signed the delivery acceptance and sent them on their way.  Later I realized that I did not inspect under the furniture to make sure everything was good.
    I checked under both pieces and in my face were large tags reading "made in China".
    It is near impossible for me now to deal with trying to return this furniture and shopping for replacements as I start a new job soon, so I'll have to see how it goes.
    I broke my own rule of not handing over large sums of money to anyone who works on commission without THOROUGHLY researching the product I'm purchasing.  I did this in a hurry and now I'll have to cross my fingers that it doesn't cost me in the long run.  There is a warranty, but it still sucks if you have to deal with getting anything fixed if something goes wrong, especially if you're busy. 
    So beware, do your homework when going here.  Especially if you're looking for halfway decent furniture.  Even if it was an honest mistake on the part of the salesperson (much of this brand's furniture is assembled in US), their ignorance of certain details can still cost you.

    The main reason I would recommend them is because we purchased a couch that had to be custom built which allowed a 6 month grace period. With the wait the manager supplied us with a substitute couch until ours came in.

    Picked up the table in pieces from our house.  Reinforced the frame, replaced the screws supporting the legs and refinished the entire table including 2 extention leaves. Delived the table and assembled it in our home.  Great job!

    Purchased a refurbished Refrigerator/freezer for a rental property. Delivery service was paid for. The delivery men complained rudely about having to walk up stairs to do the delivery, and would not drive up to the back door where there were no stairs. The delivery men were rude to the renters and rude to my wife on the phone. There was a misunderstanding about what was and wasn't paid for, so the old refrigerator was not taken away. The renters said the delivery men tore the linoleum under the refrigerator and the delivery men said they didn't tear anything. The end result, there is a tear in the linoleum under the refrigerator that I never saw before at any time checking the rental home with the current or former renters in the home, and in-between renters being in the home.
    The renters say the refrigerator is working fine.  The problem is the bad service and rude attitude toward my wife and the renters.
