    S&S Waterproofing And Foundation Repair
We live at the bottom of a large hill and during large storms our stairwell fills up with water and floods our basement. I had 3 estimates for ways to solve the problem and really liked their approach/design. As the last reviewer said there was no pressure to buy now like the other estimates i got and the price was below the other 2 estimates and included replacing the old pump and a new battery back up which were add on's for the other companies. They broke out the entire stairwell landing and installed a big drain that they tied into a new sump pit. The new sump pit was installed beside the existing sump pit with an overflow pipe between the 2 incase 1 pump would stop working the water could flow to the other pump. They installed a new pump in the old sump pit and a battery back up attached to the new pump. The crew also put in underground pipes to get the water from the gutters away and even fixed my top step that was sinking at no charge while they were there. We haven't had 1 drop of water since the work was completed and we can finally sleep at night when there's a big storm!!!

    Structural Masonry Services Inc
After some initial confusion about a start date, everything went great.  Charlie was very knowledgeable, on time and finished on schedule.  He does each job himself and does not subcontract the work out.  He did an excellent job and took care of the leaking issue we had in our basement.  He guarantees his work.  The only issue is that he is very busy, so you need to schedule him weeks in advance, but once he starts the job, he will see it through to the end before he goes to another job.  Highly recommend his services.

    Structural Masonry Services Inc
I decided to call Structural Masonry Services because of previous reviews and location to my house and I am glad I did! Working with Charlie has been great. He was easy to get in contact with and very responsive. When he came out to look at our problem he answered all my questions and wasn't looking to sell anything fancy, just fixing my issue. I appreciated someone not trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and him getting back to me so quickly with a proposal. As a first time homeowner, Charlie has made my first experience with a contractor wonderful and I wish he could fix everything that is wrong with my house! He completed all work in a day and am very please with the results.

    Value Dry Waterproofing
The crew performed the work over three days. This included installing sump pumps, French drains, vapor barrier, and spray foam. They also installed a vent and routed a down spout into the yard. The crawl space under my house is no longer flooding and doesn't smell musty anymore. Whenever it rains I can hear the sump pumps doing their job making me feel better that the water is being managed properly. I would highly recommend value dry to anyone needing any kind of flooding issues.

    JES Foundation Repair
My house is 30 years old. The crawl space held water and rarely dried out. When my sump pump failed they installed at new one under my home warranty contract and when they found a leak in one of the pipes after they completed the job, they let me know so I was able to call my home warranty and have it repaired. They emailed me pictures of the completed work and followed up with me to make sure everything was fine and working well. Although they were suppose to level off all of my crawl space there seems to be a section that was not leveled. That would be my only complaint to date. I feel they completed two jobs for the price of one. Another company was going to charge twice as much for the same amount of work.

Had I not hired Jim to come look at a crawl space of a potential home purchase, we would have bought into a substantial amount of problems.  Jim's professional advice was to have a crawl space encapsulated while the sellers were only recommending a band aid fix of installing a small French drain.  Jim was straight forward with me and provided an estimate within hours. I'm certainly glad to have had Jim take a look and would definitely use Value Dry for any issues I might have with any future home.

    Basement Masters Waterproofing
If we had known there was such a good company out there we would have done this months ago.  Randall and Basement Masters did an outstanding job.  The day after the upgrade it rained heavily and there were no problems.  We will no longer be stressed during rain wondering if our basement will flood.  Basement Masters Waterproofing is highly recommended!

Prior to the job, Randall came out to a**** the project and explained all that would be done.   He followed up with a written estimate that listed all the tasks involved with a 3 day timeline for completion.   We set a date for the project and since the weather cooperated, the job was completed on time just as promised.   This is a rental property that I will move back into in the fall so I met with Randall when he did his final inspection and showed me all that was done.   I cannot rave enough about how happy I am with the end result.  In the past, I cringed at the thought of having to go in the crawlspace with heating, plumbing or electrical repairmen, but this past weekend I crawled right under there to take a photo of the dehumidifier for a warranty application.    I will also be able to use this clean and dry space for storage.   I highly recommend this company and plan to use them next month to have a patio installed and additional grading done along the back of the house to insure water runs away from the foundation.   Basement Masters is a professional company that delivers what it promises and  as a single woman owning this rental property that will again by my primary residence in the fall, I have peace of mind.

They were real good. They were on time. I had five or six bids and they were the only ones that paid attention to what I wanted. They did the work the way that I wanted. They got the work done on time, they were neat, and had a comparable price.

It took me forever to get them to do the work.

On one wall they were supposed to put upwall anchors10, they put up 12, they were suppposed to up 7 on another wall and only put up 5. It was not until I got the county involved in order to get them to come back and fix this. They told me they were put down sod. I am still trying to get the grass to grow on my lawn.

They would arrive around noon, work 30 minutes take lunch and only work a 3-4 additional hours.

This was a horrible job that took months, from start to finish it took 7 months.
