    I have never seen a shady medical facility like this. It seems to only exist to prescribe pain medications of all sorts (you sign about 100 pages of drug abuse statements before you get to see someone). The front desk staff are rude. The "doctor" they had me see actually turned out to be a nurse when I got to the appointment. She did not take a look or ask any questions as to why I was there. She did not even think to start the conversation about how to treat the condition, or how to avoid repeated injuries in the future. All she did was to stress that she will give me any painkillers I needed, if I only called back. Then after pressing a bit wanting to know how to treat the condition, she gave me some sample patches from the stock and said I should go to physical therapy. This lasted less than 30 minutes. Then they billed my insurance for $850!! When I called back to ask for a letter that I need a stand-up desk at work and they said they couldn't give it because they only saw me once. I apparently need to come back for another $850 useless appointment so they could give me such a letter... So, nevermind prevention and treatment, all they care about are prescription drugs which they can give me over the phone without any problems. But a stand-up desk -- oh no, toxic and extremely dangerous stuff!

    Dr. Raley, or whomever actually owns, runs or cares about this practice, shame on you. The Stafford office needs work. First, let me start by saying that I got excellent medical care with a healthy dose of compassion from Dr. Mangal, Aimee and Stephen. They are great providers, and you will not be disappointed with their care. I would give all of them 5 stars. Unfortunately, most of the office staff is unprofessional, incompetent, rude and condescending. Over the past year, I've been in this office more than a dozen times and almost every interaction with the staff has been trying. Although the medical professionals are excellent, I've been able to find other outstanding providers in the area, so I've transferred my care. I may still have the same issues with another practice (as a practitioner pointed out) but I'm not going to settle for known one star service when I have options. It took nearly TWO MONTHS to have FMLA paperwork filled out by my provider simply because the office staff wouldn't forward it. Cigna mailed and faxed the forms several times, as well as called. I politely followed up with several phone calls, emails, office visits and finally gave it to the provider myself. I was scolded for not going through the office staff! Eventually, my husband got involved because I was too sick to follow up. The receptionist called my husband AT WORK to harass and verbally assault him because he was trying to reach my provider to plead for help. All this, as the patient, a PERSON, is trying desperately to get well enough to return to work to a job that could have been lost because the staff wouldn't forward the forms to the provider. The same thing happened last summer when I had surgery through this practice. The poor surgeon was scrambling on the morning of my surgery to fill out my FMLA paperwork that had been there for a month. This left my mother with the task of taking me home, getting me settled, then running out to a postal store to pay to fax it to my employer. She didn't trust the office staff to fax it and jeopardize me possibly losing my job. That's not even the half of it. I was charged twice for this paperwork service. This, after being told by the provider that I wouldn't need to pay since I wasn't able to work due my health. I paid over the phone, and then my husband was told that the fee still needed to be paid by the EXACT SAME PERSON that took my info the day before. So he paid again. Over the past year, I have no showed on days that I was too sick to get out of bed. I understand the inconvenience to the practice and paid the no show fees, only to be told that I had to pay them again because my payments "weren't on the ledger". I have called to make appointments, only to be told that I would be called back (presumably to make sure that my provider would see me because of the no shows, which is understandable). After waiting for a few days without hearing back, I would be treated rudely for having the audacity to call again. The provider informed the staff that I should continue to be seen due to health issues that cause me to occasionally be home bound. My chart was updated with this information, and still, the next time I called for an appointment I was told that I was discharged from the practice. Again I had to wait for the provider to straighten things out with the staff, but still, no call back to make an appointment. I had to call them and deal with condescending treatment. I've been told to come in to pick something up, only to get to the office and no one knows what I'm talking about. Forms that I needed for my job have been lost, found, and lost again. Unanswered emails to staff, messages not delivered to providers, voicemail and email to them not an option. My medical care was put in jeopardy when I needed emergency care and was told that I wouldn't even be allowed to make an appointment unless I paid $250 worth of fees that I had already paid. I paid them in order to be seen that day, and have found the proof of previous payment. Luckily, I had the means to pay and deal with the bookkeeping error later, otherwise, my health would have been in serious trouble that day. On and on it goes, eye rolls and disrespectful behavior from the receptionist for having the nerve to go to the window to check in, etc. I've left several voice mails, emails and messages for the practice manager over the past few months, which have not been returned to this day. I've asked to speak to the manager while in the office, and was told that he was unavailable. I've spoken to the providers who have told me that I'm not the only one to complain about the staff, they've been spoken to, but the bad behavior continues because they just don't care. If anyone of authority at this practice wants to reach out to me, I'll name names and give more specifics. Your staff has my contact info. Good luck getting it from them. Find another practice. It's sad, because the docs really are top notch.

    This is not a one time rant...  I have gone to FOA on several different occasions.  Each time I assumed that it would get better.  It only got worse.  If you like waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes only to be moved to a patient room to wait another 20-30 minutes to see a Physician's Assistant (not even a full-blown MD), this is the place for you.  When you state your ailment, prepare to be quickly whisked away to the x-ray room where they will take x-rays of everything except what you said was the issue.  The front desk is absolutely worthless because you check yourself in with a electronic tablet, but they do offer a healthy dose of attitude and excuses.  This is specifically the Stafford location I conducted all of my business in, so you can take a chance with the others on your own.  After another, one-entire-hour visit today, I finally walked out without seeing anyone except for "Ms. Attitude" at the front desk.  I simply cannot take this abuse any further.  Why would anyone pay to go to a physician where you have to do your own paperwork, while the person behind the counter ignores you or gives you attitude, and wait over an hour to see a Physician's Assistant, not even a real doctor?  If your answer to this question is a positive one, then Stafford Office FOA is the place for you.

    It's a great concept. It's close to home. It's easy to get an appointment. They have great massage therapists. It's very professional. It's like walking in and they're all happy to see you. They know you. The massage therapists, they try to put you with the same one each time unless you ask for a different massage therapist. They're functional. You show up when your appointment is at 11:00 and they're gonna get you in right at 11:00. You don't have to wait.

    I enjoyed my massage there. I was early so I had ample time to fill in paperwork, drink the water I was given, and ask questions about their practice. The therapist was excellent in attending to my particular needs and likes/dislikes. The room, and the entire practice was serene and calming. I was given my full hour of time and not rushed in changing and leaving afterwards. Although there is only street parking it was ample and the office was easy to find. I found them competitively priced and would use their services again.

    I arrived a bit early and was immediately taken to the treatment room. The massage was perfect! I asked for deep tissue, and got exactly what i asked for. The therapist was very interactive, ensuring that the pressure was enough without being painful. She worked out the tightest shoulder muscles completely which took care of not only sore shoulders but a headache as well. I left practically pain free. The therapists here are all extremely professional and great at what they do. I won't visit another massage establishment again!!

    My only complaint would be the wait. I have never gone back to see the doctor at my appt. time but I also understand they try to take time with each patient. Dr Constantine is amazing, he has taken care of me and my daughter and even thought he is busy with a lot of patients he remembers you and conversations you have had. The doctors at Fredericksburg Ortho have also taken very good care of my mother and father. I can't say enough about them.

    My daughter sees Ms. Sammie twice a week and we couldn't be happier. She is making great progress and actually enjoys going there now. Sammie and the other therapists are all great and the front dest staff is very accommodating trying to switch appointments around if needed. The billing department was easy to work with as well. Only complaint is that the waiting room is a little small, sometimes can get really crowded.

    This is a child care facility but is is soo much more. It is a child development center. My daughter has been at this facility since she was about 12 months old (been there just over 2 years) and the development and education starts on day one. We as her parents work with her at home but knowing she is getting such a head start is just a relief. By 18 months she know all of her shapes and colors. When she moved into the 2 year old class potty training started immediately and after only 3-4 months she was completely potty trained (baring the occasional accident). And as a Christian it is very important to teach my child about God. While we are baptist rather than Lutheran, the biblical education she is receiving is non-denominational. If that wasn't enough, all of the teachers and providers are well trained in early child development and are super nice and loving. They do annual pictures and holiday shows the kids them selves play in. just amazing. Finally, the prices is right, at about $820 a month. Bottom line, this is an amazing facility. We feel so blessed to have found it and would recommend it to total strangers or best friends. We highly highly recommend this for your little ones. I cannot speak more highly of this place and we are going to be sad when my child out grows the facility, which is after pre school.

    I saw Sandra Spencer for a deep tissue massage on this date. Like the 3 other massage therapists I've seen at this center, she asked what my specific needs are and she was attentive to the areas that needed extra work. The rooms are perfectly sufficient, nothing fancy, but that's fine with me. They are clean and the atmosphere is calming. The front desk staff are very pleasant too. I've always had good experiences here. I only wish that they were close to my workplace so that I could go in the evening!
