    Not a standard review, but one I felt had to made here ... from a tenant's point of view. Erin and team were gracious and understanding; guiding our family through a difficult landlord/tenant relationship. Her commitment to communicate and listen ultimately resulted in amicable resolution for both parties. As a property owner myself, Premiere's service instilled confidence that, were they to manage my own properties, they would be thorough and fair. Furthermore, I'm certain that my tenants, throughout the period of Lease, would be treated professionally while Premiere executed their role and responsibility.     I can not recommend TAG Home Management. I believe them to be an unethical business with the sole purpose of taking money from tenants and transferring that to landlords. The welfare of the tenants is not a concern for Greg Sr and his employees. They only respond to one word, "water." Any other concern, complaint, or question is frankly nothing they will deal with. We rented a large home for three years from TAG and we took care of it as if it were our own. As landlords, we know how we'd want our property to be treated. I am a 20 year veteran, a landlord of several homes, and tenant in several homes during my time in the service. We conducted our time in the home with honesty and transparency. We were very communicative with TAG. We thought we had a professional relationship with Greg Sr. We were respectful and curious at all times. But as the months and years passed, and when we moved out especially it became clear, TAG is no more than a rent collection service. First, they rented a home in which the windows were painted shut from the outside. Something we didn't notice until after move in, and a fire danger in case one needed to leave the house in an emergency. And something they never corrected during our time there. The gas stove igniters continued to 'click' even after the gas stove was ignited. It was loud and quite a nuisance. They did nothing about it. In our lease, we were promised leaf clean up service (as the house was surrounded by trees). Despite our request, they never honored that portion of the lease. After our move out, we tried to reach out to TAG, but they blew us off. Greg Sr and Greg Jr wont return our calls. And they are unwilling to discuss any of our concerns. During our pre-inspection move out, Greg Jr left us with the impression that we had done well getting the property ready. However, Greg Jr did not conduct the post move out inspection. It was Morgan, who had not been in the property until that point. She proceed to deduct from our deposit items that completely took us by surprise. Furthermore, she never contacted us to clarify her findings. She simply charged us. One example is a toilet paper holder. Our movers had packed it accidentally. Rather than call us to see where it might be, she proceeded to have a handy many install a new one and charge us $350 in an un-itemized receipt. She claimed there were holes in the ceiling, but provided no proof. During our time there, we coordinated with the owners to have a new refrigerator installed. The 23 year old original fridge was placed in the basement as the owner did not want us to get rid of it. After move out they charged us $215 dollars to have the landlord's own property (the fridge) removed. The house came with a washer and dryer that were rusting on the inside and very old. In coordination with TAG, we paid appliance movers to place them in the basement and return them when we moved out. They were never operated. Morgan proceed to charge us nearly $350 to have the dial replaced and repaired. We felt completely taken advantage of. We were left frustrated and angered by TAG and their unwillingness to even discuss anything after move out. This review is seemingly my only recourse, to warn other tenants about TAG and their shady business practices. I would be more than willing to discuss this with anyone, especially TAG, or anyone else thinking of using their "service."

    My father asked me to place this review. The serviceman named Paul was very kind and honest. My dad dropped off his TV and went back 2 days later to pick it up. Paul diagnosed but did not find a problem. My dad was very surprised that he took his time explaining what he did to try to duplicate the problem and at the end Paul did not charge him. Paul is very knowledgeable and patient. We'll definitely use his services in the future!

    Overall an excellent experience. It was nice that everything was packaged together - one stop shop. I thought my resume was in decent condition and that the improvements would be minor but they revamped the entire document. I appreciated that they provided clear reasoning and rationale for what they did. Mainly they said that my resume read like a job description. Nothing differentiated me from another candidate that might have the same title and responsibilities as me. They told me I needed to answer the SO WHAT question. What did the work that I did lead to? They skillfully asked me the right questions to help me flesh that out on my resume. In addition, they told me I need make clear within 10 seconds to any reader of the resume the answer to these two question - What am I trying to do? What do I bring to the table? I am very satisfied with my resume and LinkedIn build out. The job search coaching was exceptional as well. They taught me how not to be passive and reactive but to be proactive in my job search and how to engage potential employers utilizing tools like LinkedIn. At the end of the day, I got more interviews and more offers with my new presentation. That's what matters the most. Highly recommend.

    I was completely pleased with the work that Mr. Williams did on my propane grill. Instead of having to buy a new grill, I now have have one that is almost like new. Mr. Williams knew exactly what was needed and performed the work diligently and for a fair price. He was also courteous and easy to deal with, as was the lady who scheduled my appointment. I would definitely use this company again.

    This was the worst experience of my life. It would give me great joy to think well of Striker-Pierce. It would absolutely thrill me to gush about the wonderful people who were diligently by my side through a difficult time and who provided excellent insight and help. But my experience with Striker-Pierce was not that. I strongly recommend that you seek help elsewhere. UPDATE: When I first posted this review, Striker-Pierce contested it publicly on Angie's List, writing: "Good day, I believe you may have the wrong company. We have no record of your name ever as a client and we have reported to Angie's List to have your review removed. Sincerely, Striker Pierce Team." Angie's List proactively confirmed that I am, in fact, a former client of Striker-Pierce and affirmed that my review could remain online. I just want to reiterate for any prospective client considering Striker-Pierce that my experience was profoundly awful, literally the worst experience of my life (a tiny sample of which is the fact the company publicly denied I was ever even a client), and under no circumstances would I recommend this company to anyone.

    Like most of us, I waited to the last minute to call and see if I could get someone to look at my grill. The Lady that took my call explained she was booked up for a few days but would try to help me trouble shoot the problem. In the end, she actually told me how I could fix it myself and saved the cook out my wife requested for Mothers Day. She clearly knew what she was talking about and cared more about helping someone that just making a buck. In fact, she even went on to explain what the fix could be should the part actually break and about what it would cost to repair. This is one to save in your phone for the next time. Great customer service.

    Recommended from a neighbor, and PowerHouseAV was awesome through and through. I called to get an estimate and Aomed was able to come by the SAME DAY. Aomed was not pushy with any sort of add-on products or services, but was thorough in ensuring I was offered everything I needed (TV mounted over the fireplace, along with a low-profile, tilting TV mount) to make the installation everything I expected. I was initially scheduled for the install a week later, but Aomed texted me that same evening to offer up a slot which opened up only three days after the estimate. The technicians arrived on time, were engaging, and extremely conscientious about cleanliness. The TV was installed exactly where I wanted it, was performed quickly. The lead technician then went over adjustments I could make with the TV, and the house was left perfectly clean. Highly recommend!

    I spoke with the owner, Charlie while scheduling, which was super helpful full since I really didn���t know what I was doing and he was able to advise me and guide me through how the process. His techs were amazing. They showed up on time and were very effient and repectful to our home. We had numerous workmen at our home while they were here and they were the only techs I felt I didn���t have to keep an eye on. They confirmed the owner���s evaluation and went over the work that needed to be done and the costs before they started the job. It was a huge task ( took two days) but they were awesome! Their work was tidy, they even tidied up wiring that weren���t theirs including removing the old satellite dish from the roof and the multipule ancient cables hanging off our house! They were easy to communicate with and patiently answered my hundreds of questions. When they were finished they even took the time to hook-up all of our TVs and programmed them. My husband and I were so thankful for this company���s kindness and professionalism during a very hectic time in our lives. We would use them in a heartbeat!
