    We could not be happier about our decision to hire My Pest Pros. Our initial call was to address a wasp nest that appeared on the exterior of our home, too high up toward the roof for us to handle comfortably on our own. Brett came out and remedied the issue in a timely and effective manner. Going above our expectations, he even came out on a holiday, after treating the wasp nests, to knock the structure down. We entered into a service contract with this company to address areas of our backyard. We also called recently for another, separate issue with wasps in a different location. Again, Brett came out the next day, assessed the situation and came up with a treatment plan. The office team also is a pleasure to work with on the phone. While we hope to never have to see Brett and his crew again, we are comforted knowing that they���ll be here when we need them. We recommend this company to anyone looking to take care of unwanted pests.

    I used ProTech last year and all went well. I received a post card in early 2019 stating that they would be coming out on the 8th of May -- I put it on my calendar, and they called me two days before stating they would be there. They did not show up, so I called and they told me I had made a mistake and they would be out the following week -- okay I said. They did not show up the following week -- no call either to say they wouldn't be there. I called two days later and was told politely that she did not know why the technician did not show up. Marvin, the technician called me and said he had "time constraints" and could not come that week, as promised -- it was just impossible because of his "time constraints." Uh, no, sorry -- not paying you any longer and I cancelled with ProTech. Fairfax County is so busy that companies just take no responsibility any longer because they know they can find someone else to hire them -- even for a short period of time they do not worry. Kind of sickening.

    So far so good! They were able to fit me into their Saturday schedule at the last minute, calling me 30 mins ahead of time as promised. Mike was very helpful in determining the source of the smell in the basement and hung odor bags to help mitigate it. Seemed to have done a thorough job of starting the process of getting rid of rats in the garden, which I am told can take some time. They came back 2 weeks later to rebait the stations and spray the house. I spoke at length to both technicians and they were very helpful in explaining the process. I have signed up for an annual agreement based on my experience and would use them again. If only I could do something about my neighbors and their trash habits, which caused the problem in the first place!

    The technician showed up promptly, was friendly and competent, did a complete inspection, and recommended a much less extensive (and expensive) procedure than the other proposal. His recommendation was that long-term treatment was optional if it would give us peace of mind, but he didn't think it was necessary. In case we did want to go ahead with it, his quote was less than one third the cost of the other proposal.

    We found mouse droppings in our kitchen and needed some help. Pest Now was able to get them out and we haven't seen droppings since they started coming. The Pest Now rep that comes to our home is the nicest guy and my dog loves him. We will be using them again.

    We called and were given an inspection date only one day away. Inspector came out, decided on location of traps, drew up a contract and made the initial appt for following day. Within one hour, I had received a phone call for follow up appts (every other day for a week) and confirmed those as well. By the then Brian came back for the first follow up we had caught 9 mice - and the bait traps outside were being visited. So all is going well. This is only our first follow up, but we are very happy with Brian and the whole office team. Everyone is very helpful, polite and professional. It's nice to speak with a person and not get an answering machine. It was a bit expensive, but we are glad we chose to go this route, because we thought we only had one mouse - we are still catching them!!! We would recommend this company to anyone who is interested.

    PestNow performed a very efficient termite treatment when we bought our house about 18 months age. When we had evidence of rodent infestation we called them back. They found extensive problems and showed me photographs to confirm how bad a problem I had in both my attic and crawl space. They removed all the old, contaminated, insulation in both areas, sealed entry points and laid traps, then installed new installation. the price for all these services was very reasonable. Phil and his team were very professional and helpful, they went out of their way to ensure that everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I have taken out a quarterly contract with them to keep the house rodent-free.

    The PestNow technicician arrived on-time, he was courteous, and answered all my questions. When I first called to make an appointment, the person I spoke to on the phone was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He advised what would need to be done and what they recommend.

    They went into the attic and put a bait box as well as one outside. They put what looked like a Brillo pad in the opening. We did hear something still and they came back 5/12 to check the box outside and looked at the Brillo stuff and said it was holding.

    Instead of providing a quote, they performed the service and sent a bill, but didn't provide any sort of report on the problem. I requested a report of the issue on May 19, but didn't receive anything until June 7 (after at least two calls requesting information). I have no idea if it was composed from memory or if the tech referred to notes taken the day of the service.
