    Rye, Dr. D. Gordon
The results have always been excellent. Dr Rye is meticulous in his work, seems to always strive for perfection and stays abreast of the latest treatment procedures. I highly recommend his dental practice to anyone seeking the highest level of dental care from a team who mirrors his professionalism in a calm, pleasant atmosphere.

Very well, we had a panoramic x-ray and consultation visit prior to extraction which were free for new patient if you ask before going. Dr. Naimi explained what he will be doing and how long it will take and recovery time. On day of extraction, when I left the room and they administered anesthesia, extracted teeth and had my son in a recovery room, took 13 minutes total. I couldn't believe how smoothly it all went. He recovered great and was back to work the next day. Of course each person recovery is different but we were very pleased with Dr. Naimi and his staff. Very easy to get appointments and were on schedule. The only glitch at consultation was that they told me the cost which was very high but said I didn't have insurance which is why it was so high but they would work with me to lower it some. However, I had checked prior to visit that we had excellent coverage and in fact would only need to pay $25 co-pay for the entire thing. So they had to call insurance again and they did confirm I was covered. So I never found out why this glitch happened. Definitely find out if coverage is dental (if not impacted then for me they would file under dental), medical (if impacted then for me they would file under medical) or possibly both prior to having services performed otherwise it would have been very expensive with no insurance.

It went much better than I expected. I had to have a molar pulled that had decayed under a crown. I saw that there was a coupon for consultation of implant so had selected this office for my implant. I had this done yesterday. Dr Patterson, Denise, Christine did a great job, in my humble opinion. I tried to tell myself that he was drilling a tooth, not my jawbone and that seemed to help me. Otherwise I am sure I could have psyched myself up to having more discomfort. I was completely numbed with the injections. Yes, they hurt a bit, Dr Patterson joked that I was going to clear his waiting room so I tried to be quiet after that. :) Dr Patterson plays soothing music during the procedure. Denise is very kind, comforting and informative before, during and after the procedure. My insurance paid for half of the cost. This doesn't include the tooth however I will see my dentist for the crown in several months. I highly recommend this office.

Lucia got me in very quickly when my crown fell off.  She was very helpful. I knew that the tooth needed to be removed however I had other commitments.
I went in to have the tooth pulled and it was done in a short amount of time.  Denise assisted Dr Patterson and she was really nice to me during the procedure.  My tooth was so decayed that it was difficult to remove however they were both patient and got it out.
    I highly recommend this office
I will be going back when this heals to have an implant placed.  I could have done it all at one time but there was the possibility of infection so I have to wait.  Maybe this is better anyway.  Let it heal recover, then have the implant placed
    Thank you all so much

We had a terrible experience. We were struggling with their internal processes, their insurance care coordinator, Karen Nash, and we walked away December 17 of 2015 with no resolution. We could  never get through the paperwork and we finally filed HIPPA complaints because the refused to give us all of our child's medical records and we filed a grievance against them through our insurance company. They kept saying we were going to have to pay out of pocket, so we finally said we would just pay out of pocket and then I asked for the medical records.

    Kasperowski, Dr. Chad A.
Dr. Kasperowski is a general dentist, not a specialist.  The main reason I would never return to Dr. Kasperowski is that he insists on doing advanced dental procedures himself that, in my case he did very poorly and to my detriment, rather than letting me have a specialist do the procedure. He hates to see a billable dollar walk out of his office.  I had a molar in my lower left jaw that needed extraction.  I wanted to have an oral surgeon extract it.  Dr. Kasperowski talked me into letting him do the extraction.  His extraction was terrible.  He pulled and yanked with forceps 20 minutes.  Finally he said "I can't get it out.  I have to break it into pieces."  He drilled it into pieces, some of which he removed.  I had constant pain thereafter.  I returned and he removed more tooth pieces from my jaw.  The throbbing pain continued for two years.  I returned for regular cleanings & told him I was constantly in pain.  Then he came up with an idea that led to what I call the "Dental Swindle".  He said the pain was not coming from the extraction cavity, but from  a tooth in my upper jaw.  He said the continual pain I experienced was being "transferred" from the upper tooth.  The tooth he was talking about had already been drilled out and crowned, so there was not much tooth root left. Dr. Kasperowski said if I got a root canal on the tooth my pain at the molar extraction site would cease.   He talked me into going to his endodontist friend Dr. Fernando Meza for a root canal.  Dr. Meza put me in his dental chair and before drilling had me write out a check for $1,650 and give it to his bookkeeper.  I gave her the check because I knew a root canal takes 4-5 hours.  Dr. Meza did a quick one-hour drill job that I would describe as brutal.  He turned me out and warned me to return quickly to Dr. Kasperowski because he had only put in a temporary filling.  He wanted to give Dr. Kasperowski a chance to charge me again, which he did for $200+ dollars.  I wrote Dr. Meza a letter telling him his procedure on me was certainly worth no more than $500, and to please mail me a $1,000 refund. I told him when I left his office I felt I had been totally ripped off. He did not respond.  My pain from the extraction site continues to this day, seven months after the Dr. Meza procedure.  My jaw pain throbs right now.  Dr. Kasperowski also tried to talk me in letting him do tooth implants.  As far as I know, he has no training in implants.  That is another thing. Dr. Kasperowski does not explain.  Unless I ask him a question exactly on point, I do not get an answer.  Also, he destroys my ability to get a second opinion from another dentist.  I wanted a second opinion from another dentist I knew.  Dr. Kasperowski shot a referral form over to that dentist before I arrived, so he informed the second dentist that I am primarily Dr. Kasperowski's patient.  The second dentist examined me and charged me $150, but because of the referral slip he would answer none of my questions.  He said he would send a report to Dr. Kasperowski and I could ask him my questions.  Dr. Kasperowski never showed me the report, so I totally wasted my $150.  Dr. Kasperowski again sent over his referral slip when I went to a maxiofacial surgeon to discuss my implants, even though Dr. Kasperowski had tried to talk me out of going to the surgeon.  When I got there I told her "I have not been referred by Dr. Kasperowski.  He tried to talk me out of coming here.  So I want you to agree to discuss my implants with me.  If not, I am leaving right now before we begin."  So she dealt with me directly and sent reports also to Dr. Kasperowski.  To reaffirm, I would never go to Dr. Kasperowski again.

    Stiglitz, Dr. Michael P.
I have known Dr Steiglitz for over 30 years, so when my bridge broke and my dentist recommended implants, I knew whom to see.  Keep in mind that I am not fond of dentists; however, I trusted Dr Steiglitz so much that all work was done under local anesthetics only.  He was professional, reassuring and very competent.  His staff is excellent and he even has Jeter, a gorgeous lab, whose very presence calms patients.  The work went very well and my implants are perfect.

It's all good.  They call you in enough time if they have to change your appointment.  He is pretty much on time for your scheduled appointment.  The office staff is very friendly.  They have one really good girl who does the teeth cleaning.  I only go when she is there.

    Small, Dr. Neil J.
I had gone out there for a serious tooth work. He tells me to floss more, it seems it helps. He is nice gentleman. He has a neat courtroom, where he takes a look at youand hellip;memorabilia. He is just very friendly guy. My regular dentist referred me there for root canal. So far the tooth is alright.

    Leaf, Dr. Scott H.
He seem very honest. He didn't push any extra things that the kids might need. Like my son had a retainer and a piece broke off of it and instead of pushing the issue of having it replaced, he said that it will work. So he was trying to be honest with me that I don't need to spend more money. The staff were also right on time. Their check in and check out process was easy. Everyone was professional and friendly.
