I love this place. My mother, who lives in Maryland, is no longer able to take care of her cat (Babe) so he has become my cat. Always an excellent experience. They do a great job taking care of our dog and she loves being there with the staff. Facilities (Springfield) are clean and well maintained. Grooming services are generally good with the exception of sometime forgetting to trim her dewclaws (sp?).

Their prices are competitive. They did a great job. We have use them for years for grooming, boarding, and even doggy day camp. If you want they will put a human in a pool and give your dog a workout of sprinting. They are very clean. You can do a tour of the facility. It does not smell. They know our dogs. They have great hours. They are very professional.

We've actually been customers since the Springfield location opened in 2002 and toured the original facility with the owner. We loved it for several years. Customer service continues to slip with the managers being non-responsive and lacking professionalism when they do respond. The staff taking care of the pets seem to care about them, although we have watched them sit in the rooms for TLC time i...

That ran us about us about $1,900. They’re not cheap. It’s what you get. They’re very professional. You feel comfortable, the dog is going to be well when you get back. You don’t have to worry about it.

We used the Olde Towne Pet Resort for boarding. We boarded him over the holidays for about 10 days. From the 26th of December through the 5th of January.
