    Water was noticed coming in my basement. They called back within 30 minutes and were to my house with in 30 minutes of that. Fortunatley it was just a connection in the pipe and not a problem with the sump pump.

    After several quotes, we selected Charles Graves and his team for our interior painting and drywall repair project. The comprehensive quote he gave us and the attention to detail included in the quote was far superior than any other quote we received. Their responsiveness, timeliness, and attention to detail went above and beyond anything we had expected. Their team was enjoyable to work with, very professional, and the project came our beautiful. We look forward to using them for future projects and have referred them to many family members and friends!

    We called these folks to come out on 5 Feb 19 and look at our water heater and to change the direction of a bath/shower valve I replaced backwards (and couldn't get too). We donated 5 non-perishable items for their food basket effort in return for a free visit. Sounded like a community-minded firm and we called. First of all, he wanted to charge $180+ for 10 minutes of work on the shower valve...we passed (Ended up having it done for $90 with another company). Second, he looked at our water heater and started to scare the living daylights out of my wife with his scare tactics about an exploding water heater. It is a fact, they can explode, but the probability is so slim... Here is the real rub...in the following days we noticed the hot water was not hot at all. A quick inspection and I see our good friend Andre McB had turned the thermostat down to "warm". Unbelievable...is this someone you would trust? These folks might be good plumbers, but I would not trust anything they say without a second opinion. OBTW, I have found two plumbers that have quotes for the same size water heater or installation of a tankless water heater for HALF of what they quoted for each.

    TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Contractor over stepped his boundary by communicating directly to tenant in presence of owner and ignored owner entirely. Contractor deliberately instilled FEAR in tenant by telling tenant mole was present with no proof; no testing results based on a visual inspection. Contractor directed tenant to move out of property with no confirmation of mole from a licensed mole remediation professional. Most interesting, contractor personally did not inspect the roof; but relied on his worker's visual inspection who are also not licensed mole remediation professional to properly render a report. Contractor walked away from the job because landlord disagreed with his assessment. Believe the contractor was trying to pad his packet with $$$$$ in trying to conduct mole remediation where he is not licensed and exceeded his expertise. Actually a strange bazaar experience where a supposedly roofing repair company was more interested in mole remediation verses conducting the roofing repair.

    I sent a request for an appointment from their web site and received a prompt response. Mr. Dunn was on time for the appointment, did a good job and even provided a cover for the outside vent to be included in the agreed upon price. He was professional and also pleasant to interact with. I would definitely recommend him.

    Alberto and Javier were at my house for 2.5 days. I work from home, so I was surprised how quiet they were...that's good because I live in a condominium community with strict rules about noise levels. They worked tirelessly and took care in everything they did to make it look as good as possible. I'm much further along toward selling my home. Thanks again JW!

    Brandon, the technician wifi enabled our thermostat, something we were never told about by any of the previous technicians in the four years we've had our American Standard system. It is now possible to remotely troubleshoot it through IAQ medics. From now on, Brandon is the only tech I'll use!

    They came out and epoxy injected the crack and replaced our sump pump with a battery back up system. They also inspected the rest of our foundation and flushed our drain system. Everything went well and they were less than a few other companies that we had quotes from. I would certainly use them again in the future.

    Mr. Rogers performed the service for PuriCloud via a fogging application that kills all the mold spores which were in several rooms of the basement and an upstairs vent register. The application was performed excellently. It took one afternoon and the air in the basement definitely is improved. It saved us from having to replace a doorway frame with mold and pulling up a carpet that was suspected of having mold. The treatment worked extremely well, the service was done punctually, with minimal interruption to the household routine.

    Everything went great. Started planning in the summer with work expected to begin in November, we had a working kitchen by Christmas, and final touches were done in the new year. Everything happened pretty much on schedule. Our project manager Rachel took care of everything, kept us well-informed on the inevitable minor changes in schedule, ensured everything was getting done to our satisfaction, and answered all our questions. We never had a concern about the work crews doing when they needed to do if we weren’t able to be there. Natalia, our designer, helped us decide on concepts, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Sorry, neighbors, we have the best kitchen in Kings Park!
