Crystal and her team brought life back to our old chair that looked ready for the landfill. They did such a fabulous job that we brought back an accent chair that also turned out sensational, Awesome work!

We paid Bray and Scarff $300 for an extended warranty on our JennAir dishwasher. This spring the dishwasher began failing to complete its cycle; it stayed in the wash part of the cycle indefinitely without ever stopping. Between May and September B&S sent repairmen out 7 times without ever solving the problem. Each time they told us a replacement part was needed we had to wait weeks for them to order and receive it. Most recently we waited 5 weeks for them to order and install a heater, but when he came to install it the repairman said the old heater worked fine. We are getting a new dishwasher and will never deal with B&S again.

    Nicely Done Kitchens & Baths
Thanks to the hard work, creativity, professionalism and fabulous design skills of Kate Couchman, we now have the kitchen of our dreams. She is an amazing designer, she listened to our needs and preferences and provided us with fantastic recommendations and options. She then worked with us to keep the project within our planned budget. Her strengths include a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and being an incredibly easy and fun person with whom to work. She understood the way we use our kitchen to entertain, and how we spend time there as a family for meals and homework; she masterfully incorporated those needs into the beautiful, functional and elegant design that we enjoy today. I would highly recommend Kate at Nicely Done Kitchens to my friends and family.

Very good company to work with. I visited the store twice, once to discuss options and the second time to make my purchase. Both times the sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery and installation went smoothly. The crew that did the installation arrived during a thunderstorm and were extremely careful moving the old and new stoves in my kitchen. I would definitely do business with them again.

    Four Sales LTD
Four Sales personnel really know their business. From initial visit through site clean up and settlement, they communicate what's going on and answer all questions. Work from setup though actual execution of sale is spot on. We suffered a power outage which caused our first sale to have to be shut down early. Daniel contacted me immediately and suggested we restart the sale the following weekend which went very well. Mark kept me apprised of what was going on and strove to correct a couple of glitches which, I suspect, tend to happen in big estate sales. A note to the wise: Listen to what Daniel and Mark tell you or suggest. Be aware that even though you mark things NFS (not for sale) mistakes can happen. Mark fixed one, couldn't retrieve some barstools from the other one but did offer a reimbursement which, in light of the whole sale, was fine. Best advice I would have would be to actually physically remove items you don't want sold or disposed of or be there during clean up to make sure something doesn't get trucked off. Don't go during the sale - Daniel will tell you that this can be emotionally distressing and I believe him. So, yes I would hire again. Four Sales made a tremendous amount of stuff "go away" and did generate some really great sales figures for me.

    Best Buy
It was pricey. It was 800 or 900 bucks. They showed up on time. They did the job, didn't make a mess. All went well. It was a good experience. They did a fine job, no complaints.The workers were nice. They were decent guys. It wasn't I don't think they were exceptional. They took out the old one and put in a new one and it works. As far as I'm concerned, they did their job.

    Best Buy
They came and had an appointment. They showed up on time. They took out the old ones, put in the new ones and everything worked. Things went well, and they did their job. I called another place and it was going to take another week to get it stocked and Best Buy had it. It was a matter of okay, let's do the deal.

    Potomac Moving Company
I hired Patomic moving company for my move from Sterling to Springfield. I cannot say enough about how great the service was. The initial contact over the phone was with Jeff. He was very helpful and he explained all the charges and rates upfront. Explained the whole moving process and gave me an estimate for the move. Jeff called me the day before the move just to confirm everything and to make sure that everything was packed and we were ready to go. I asked them to bring some extra boxes to finish the last minute packing and they did. We had the move scheduled for the morning time with the arrival between 8 and 10 AM. At about 7 30 the driver called and said that they were on the way. They got to our place around 8:10. Guys introduced themselves and started bringing blankets and all boxes to finish up packing. The foreman went over the details of the move as well as the paperwork explaining exactly what the charges are and making sure that I understand everything. They wrapped all the furniture in furniture pads they wrapped my mattresses and box springs in shrinkwrap they took the TV off-the-wall and put it in the box they finished up all the packing for me as I was exhausted to do it myself. The total cost of the move was a little bit higher than estimated but taking into consideration that they had to pack about 20 boxes I consider it reasonable. All in all it was a great experience, nothing got scratched or damaged during the move and they made sure that it was as stress-free as possible for us. Thank you guys. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anybody who is moving.

    Empire Piano Movers
Steve and his crew showed up on time and moved the piano with ease. They have the right equipment and the knowledge required to overcome any obstacle. They were courteous and did the job in accordance with the price quoted over the phone. I would definitely use this company again.

    Degen's Piano Inc
It was fine. He take his time. The piano hadn't been tuned for years. He wanted to play, then call him back in 3 months. He couldn't do everything that was needed in 1 session. It was okay. He was very knowledgeable. He was on time.
