I new both my near and far sightedness had gotten worse. But did not pay attention to the written prescription until later when I compared it to my previous reading. Per Dr. Kim both of my eyes got better. Even though they have not. I have had the same strength glasses for 20+ years. He did get the Far sided correct, almost. One eye is +1.5 and the other is +1.25, but wrote +1.5 for both. but again his assistant did it not him.

    Plotsky, Dr. David F.
Dr. P is the best pediatric ophthalmologist that we have worked with in the past few years.  His office waiting area is clean, full of toys and books and the kids love hanging out while they wait to see him or while their eyes dilate.  The office staff is friendly and I have not once had a billing issue or filing error (I can't say the same for any other provider).  He himself is warm, compassionate and puts all of us at ease no matter what the issue.  He's simply the best.

    Insight Vision Center PLLC
Wow! This guy is awesome! Next time I need my vision checked, I'm coming here. He was very easy to talk to and happy to answer questions. He showed an amazing amount of patience with a very difficult patient. He used everyone's time very efficiently. The day we were there, the lady at the front desk was the one from his other office. She too was awesome, juggling people and phones with aplomb. Even the waiting room decor is well appointed, with tons of recent magazines and a TV.  If I had to find one thing to be negative about, then I'll admit the waiting room chairs are quite uncomfortable. If you have a long appointment where you have to wait while your eyes dilate, then, yeah, the uncomfy chairs are a bummer. Otherwise, you won't be sitting in them long enough to care.

    Primary Eyecare Associates
I was extremely pleased with my experience at Primary Eyecare Associates and with Dr. Nechel! After not enjoying previous eye doctors I was looking for someone that would listen to my concerns/questions and help me find the contacts that would fit me well. Dr. Nechel was wonderful to work with and spent more than enough time working with me to find what would work best. The office staff was also great to help me find a great pair of glasses and help with the insurance aspect.

Dr. Shah is an excellent doctor and she provided exceptional service. Very thorough in her examinations, she explained my test results and answered all my questions. I most appreciated that Dr. Shah was able to resolve a number of misunderstandings and misapprehensions I had as a result of seeing an optometrist who raised my anxiety that I might have glaucoma.

Dr. Courtney Thielen wanted to see me every three months for my eye conditions, and this was my first such visit. I was quite surprised when I received a bill for expensive tests since I was told my copay would cover everything.

    Hour Eyes
I’ve been using them for 20 years.  They are convenient and you can get an appointment fast or even walk in.  They get me what I need relatively quickly.  In 20 years I’ve lost a lens twice and they were able to special order it.  The staff is friendly.  I’ve been pleased with what I’ve gotten.

He has been our eye doctor for over twenty years. They all do an excellent job. They are always professional and on time. When we have had an emergency, we were able to call them up to get right in and get help. I think the last time we went there was for an emergency for my husband and they got him right in and he explained thoroughly what was going on. My children had also gone there.

    Sikes, Dr. Alan L
A couple of weeks ago (a year after her original visit) we brought her back for a checkup. It turned out that not only had her eyesight not gotten worse, it had actually improved a bit. He didn't change her prescription but recommended that she keep up with the exercises and behavioral items he had taught her about. We really appreciate the approach Dr. Sikes took. He clearly loves what he does and it came through in the conversation during the exam. We could tell he really wants to help his patients improve their vision and looks at good vision as a part of good health overall. He's different from other optometrists I've been to, because he talked about how the mind and the eyes work together, how certain behavior can help the eyes work better and keep them healthy, etc. It's interesting and educational, and helpful. It's been a great experience.

    Advanced Retina Center
After experiencing flashing white light in the peripheral vision of my left eye and followed by what looked like a huge floating black spot I looked up the symptoms an learned that my retina could be detaching. 2 months before I had a serious accident where I sustained a massive blow to the head resulting in 15 staples being placed in my head. When I went to and eye doctor I reported this in the paper work we had to fill out before the examination. I then had a thorough eye exam. The doctor there used a lot of different equipment. They even numbed my eye and put a huge lens right on my pupil and searched the entire inside of the eye. The pressure from that was incredible but at the end the doctor informed me that it had not but if I lost vision in that eye or it the vision became dark to head to an emergency room immediately. I asked if the accident could have anything to do with it. He said no. He explained this happens to people as they age. I was 56 at the time.
t After I returned home my wife wife was not satisfied so she contacted the Advanced Retina Center and made an appointment to see Dr Woo, whose credentials are as long as your arm, the very next day. My wife and I decided we would not tell them about my accident or report it in the paper work. I'd wear a baseball cap, not unusual for me since I've worn them for most of my life, but this time specifically so know no one knew I had this injury. We'd ask about the possibility of my accident causing this eye injury after the diagnosis. The next day we arrived at the center after being prepped we saw Dr Woo. He came in and did a similar exam as I'd gotten the day but his skill was so far superior that I felt no discomfort. Afterwards he said in this incredibly melodious baritone voice, and quot;Have you had a blow to the head recently?and quot; He was the doctor for us.
