  It went wonderfully! I contacted Nathan directly (not via Angie's List) because he has powerwashed my home and powerwashed/stained my deck in previous years -- so I knew how to reach him. I recently installed a new fence a few months ago and needed it to be stained. Nathan's email replies were always quick and professional, and once he provided an estimate, I hired him. He scheduled the date but I told him I was okay with an earlier job -- and he did so as soon as his schedule allowed! the job was extremely professional and quickly done. My neighbor watched the staining process as I was away from home -- he was quite impressed. I would hire him again!

  Phenomenal work! I've used Rodas Services three times already and LOVE them. He power washed my deck twice now and it looked brand new each time--that's never happened with other power washers. I also hired him to power wash my siding and I actually saw him up on my roof power washing the brick on my fire place exhaust--amazing. He's also done painting for me and it was done with great attention to detail. The prices are SO reasonable and the quality of work is in a league of its own. I HIGHLY recommend.

  They remodeled two bathrooms including new tile around a tub/shower combo and a walk-in shower. He even tiled the ceiling about the tub/shower and walk-in shower. The floors in both bathrooms did not have tile and they installed that as well. I selected new toilets, vanity and lights. Everything was done very efficiently, professionally, on time and at a very good price. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely. We were extremely pleased and would recommend them for any job they tackled.

We were also impressed with the sub-contractors under him as they were also professional and produced quality work. Navas Construction addressed all or our concerns and issues as they arose and has even continued to provide support post completion. The project ran smoothly and was completed on time, all thanks to the management and oversight of Manuel. We would happily hire him again and are very pleased with his service and the lovely addition he has built us.

  Rent-A-Pro was a great company to work with. I got several estimates in the area and they were the best by far on price. The owner personally came out to assess the job. The workers that came out were very nice and did a great job with the various projects; I was very happy with the quality of the work. I added some work in the middle of the project (painting rake boards) which I knew was not in the original estimate and resulted in an additional day of work and cost. However, the work on the original estimate took longer than expected (about 4-6 hours with two workers). The owner acknowledged the overrun and gave me a discount on the cost for the extra time needed. Overall, I would say I had a great experience with Rent-A-Pro given the various projects I had requested. I would use them again for general home improvement projects. I have not been able to find another vendor in this area that beats them on price and quality.

  We've hired JW for everything from painting to plumbing, carpentry, pressure washing, outdoor and indoor work. The approach where you pay by the hour for all manner of tasks instead of parceling them out to different service companies has worked so well for us! They send the best person for your particular job. And they are consultants too...they will give you ideas on how to correctly complete projects, as well as save money when you can. We like how responsive the office is, how the owner is still involved with the day-to-day, and the quality standard that each technician applies to his or her work. And if anything comes up (as it does with home repairs and life), JW will work with you on it. We've worked with 5 different technicians and 2 different estimators for four different days of work at two different homes. Highly recommended!
