  • BIG thank you to Dean and David for getting my car the cleanest its been in 2 years since I bought our car.   I would not have a clean car if their service didn't exist! I don't have time to drop off cars to be cleaned and go without my car. My car is my life. I kept trying to think logistically how I was going to get my car cleaned with my toddler and get my other tasks done. This was perfect. My car went from messy toddler, what under the couch cushions look like, to detailed and fresh. 
    They did a brilliant job, and were on time and prompt. Can't thank them enough. They also drove out of their service area for my convenience. Wow.

  • This is for wax ONLY!
    I explained the manager what I wanted:
    wanted hand waxed and NO buffer because I wanted the sealer Nu Finish Polish. (this is the orange bottle that have been around over 30 years or longer that I have used and it works)
    I supplied Nu Finish
    I wanted a 'professional job' and just the wax, not detailed because the car is just 3 days old.
    I wanted the rims (wheels) waxed (on the Nu Finish polish) not the stuff they spray on.
    I told the manger what I wanted, and showed him how the bottle should be instruction to put it on the car.  (he said that they do use that product and know how to use it)
    What I got (or did not get):
    He used a air buffer.  I talked to the manger about the buffer and he said that is what they use.  I looked at it but I should have stopped but I didn't.  looked it was safe on the car. He missed a lot of the car was around the lights, the black chrome, windows, licence tag, under the handle, missed the whole front around the lights etc, under the rail at the top (it's a Toyota RAV4) and the painted rail.  He did not wax the wheels (rims) but sprayed something on it and wiped them.  He missed every place around the black chrome, seals on windows, moonroof etc.
    I showed him where he missed spots and he said that he is finished. I just paid it(should not have) and left.  never again.
    the wash looks ok, but for a wax  job is the worst one i have ever had.  you can take a dry cloth and 'drag' around the finish and 'feel' it is slick or drag when the wax was on it.  I had to wax it myself when i got home.  Lot of spots missing on the car.  
    I think they don't really want to wax cars, want just moving a lot of cars for washing.  The price was really low ($65) but it took 3 hours.  3 hours, 2 hours waiting after an appointment and 45 mins waxing and 15 mins arguing.  I waxed it again myself and took only 45 mins!

  • I was greeted by the owner and he was very helpful.  Since I was waiting for the car, he directed me to the mall across from the building we were in.  They got the job ahead of time and did an excellent job of removing the winter grim from the car.  I would use their service again.

  • Good service. My only complaint is that while I was in line, an employee handed me a piece of paper showing the available prices for each type of wash. However, the sheet of paper (as far as I could tell) did not include the cheapest option (which was a $12 basic wash). The cheapest option that I saw on the sheet was $15.

  • We have a 7 year old car and the visibility with our low beam lights was not very good.   We had headlight restoration previously performed my another provider but it rained shortly thereafter, so the job needed to be done again.
    Mr. Devin Moore performed the services on the date requested and was very professional with scheduling and confirming the appointment via e-mail.  I'm sure he was very busy at the time, but he was very responsive, which is greatly appreciated.
    Although I wasn't home, I left my car in the driveway and noticed the difference when I returned home.  The headlights look much better than before and I will consider him for future car detailing services.

  • My husband took his car here because he had a coupon for a super wash for $13.99. They did a good job. The workers were professional but not particularly overly friendly. This was more than just a machine wash. They cleaned the leather seats well and cleaned out crevices.

    One rainy day, I desperately needed my car I asked if I could just pay to have them do the inside and not buy a carwash since it was raining. They told me to go find a gas station with a vacuum station.

  • Marco Lobban is the owner/detailer of Ultimate Touch Detailing. It's a mobile company that comes to your house. I got his card a year ago when he did my neighbors car and planned to have him come last fall but the weather turned too cold so I waited til this spring. The appointment was made by phone with a tentative price agreed upon - depending on the size of my car (a small SUV) and the work I needed done. I was pleasantly surprised on the day of the appointment. After the car was examined, he told me I really didn't need an upholstery shampooing - just a very good vacuuming - and dropped the original price substantially.
