  • In February they charged $50 for tire rotation, oil change, and inspection. I would recommend them for being convenient and they have good hours. They are open on the weekends and they open early in the morning. Also, they have a good waiting area. Yes, I would use them again.

  • The second week in October 2016 we returned for another alignment due to Radley's problems, and failure to tell us of damaging condition until after our last appointment, which they also refused to warranty despite us having had an alignment the same year and just a few thousand miles previous, and us still contending with a recurrent suspension issue that they could not diagnose. And, since the last service advisor pulled a bait and switch, up-charged us, and failed to promptly tell us of damaging conditions to fix them at last visit, we scheduled with a different service advisor this time - but the same service advisor pulled our ticket back to them instead of letting us go with somebody new. The customer service area was again terrible and overcrowded. And worst, after this visit - the third attempt to get a suspension defect fixed on the new lemon that we were given by Radley - the problem is still not fixed and is ongoing worse than ever now. So, we will have to take more time from personal life and work again to go try and get this defect diagnosed and fixed for a FOURTH TIME - but we will need to find another dealership to go to. This dealership is terrible. They lie or cheat, they appear to be incompetent, all the reviews seem to reflect it, and their leadership does not care. Take your hard earned money, and trust your family's time and safety with somebody else!

  • Maintenance went well, but I was missing a hub part on my alloy wheels--an excessive $122, which was ordered. I'd not heard anything and returned to the dealer a week later only to find the part was wrong and the parts department couldn't find the right part online. It's been two months.

  • ROTTEN.... And based on Yelp reviews they recommend/stretch the need for work habitually. Not Honest in my opinion. STAY AWAY. I wish I had looked at the 2.5 star yelp reviews before I ever went there and will never go back. Went only for an emissions and also asked them to check the tire pressure as my tire sensors were not reading in line with what my gauge was reading..... I was then given a receipt that said the following: 1. R/F axle was throwing grease "everywhere" 2. R/F boot is torn and leaking grease. 3. Rear Brakes are 1/32" 4 Various other transmission flushes differential maintenance etc... (which I know is all nonsense.) This is ALL PRINTED on receipt under RECOMMENDATIONS with a date of 8/15/16 Vice having them do the brake job at 650 to 700 I purchased the parts and gave them to an independent friend/mechanic. Who told me the following: 1. You did not need front or rear brakes. 2. Rear brake we no where close to 1/32" 3. There was NO GREASE what So ever leaking in the R/F 4. My boot was not torn. My guy did find that the REAR brakes had Heat Cracks and replaced them because he said it was the right thing to do....coincidence but not what was report by Burke Centre Automotive. Since i bought the parts the did the front as well. Only because its cheaper to replace than Turn so I am told. I am not a mechanic. However he said both front and rear would have and easy 20K miles left on them . Got the truck back and all 4 tires were Vastly different 45, 40 , 35, and 32!!! this is goodyear a tire place..... Receipt says they checked and i was TOLD all set to recommendations. Just not Ethical and Zero Customer Service. Went up and questioned George (asst mgr i think) and he checked out and didn't want to deal with me.... and handed me over to Doug Flint the Shop manager. Whoa! Talk about Sketchy and no customer service skills what so ever. I Took him out to my truck where the parts were .... Things got heated on my end when he stated "We didn't tell you you needed front brakes this is on you" Then he says "Oh those recommendations are from 2012 and 2013??? "WHAT THE?" not labeled as such on the receipt. Then he says "We don't clear them out unless we do the work" I said so lets go print out my wife and kids car....and see what if any recommendations are attached to their cars. Then he got pissed. He then called me a LIAR and said the guy who did the work is a LIAR as well. NOT KIDDING. I have ALL THE PARTS and welcome anyone who is a mechanic to advise on the condition versus what is on the Receipt. Looks like based on the other reviews on Yelp....that this is a Common practice at Burke Center Automotive. These Guys are EPIC Fails and thus get my "F" Rating

  • This place is horrid! They do not honor their own policies. They flat out lie to you. They won't take responsibility for poor work.
    First they said when I came in for rotations and alignment checks during the winter that it wasn't smart to do it while there's still snow and ice. Then when I came in the spring they said that I was "not consistent" with rotations and so the tire's warranty was void and my only option was to get new tires. (PS- they aren't always the only people I get work from, so it may show in their records I didn't regularly services the tires). 
    I did get 2 new tires, but could not afford a whole set. I also made sure from then on to be VERY consistent with services, and exclusively go to them. They last did an alignment in March 2016, and no one else has touched those tires since.  My two front tires showed wear and tread issues that is ONLY caused by alignment. So they messed up!!! When I brought it in this Fri (July 22), they told me the tires were old (3 years) and therefore it again wasn't their fault. Though it was clearly alignment damage they said the only thing to be done was buy new tires, again my warranty was invalid. 
    On Sat they called and said the car was "Finished and ready to be picked up". When we arrived, (they had left it out in the lot unlocked overnight), they inform us the alignment machine is broken. I refused to drive it off their lot and risk any chance of further damaging the entire car when the tires weren't fully aligned. My car is STILL there 4 days later. Their machine is still not fixed. So they said a job I paid for was "finished" while the machine to do that job is broken.

  • We have had good luck with Fairfax Auto twice now.  The services are not cheap, but seem to be in line with other shops in the area.  They not only provide good service, but they have discouraged us from doing unnecessary services and are always honest about what the final price will be.

  • I go to Lindsay Lexus for all of my car needs. They're outstanding. If I wanted to buy a Lexus again, I would go there because of the service. Sometimes when they're busy, you got to wait a long time but they're good. They are top-notch, they have food, television, fireplace; it's very nice.
