Awful. I cannot trust him as he has not finished the job. He said $x and is now wanting more money. We have had to fill trashcan wth their refuse for 4 months, two times a week plus take loads to the local dump. On a scale of 1 ro 10 they're a 1.2

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We had a contract. He has not finished his part of the contract. It is now month 4 for a 5 week contract. We have not seen him since October 2ND when we wrote him the last check. He now says if we want the house finished and the job finished we need to come up with another $5,000. It is as if he is holding our house ransom. Want me to finish? I need another $5,0000.

Alex and his team did a great job finishing our basement and adding a half bath. They did high quality work at a very reasonable price. When he discovered a 36' deep well under our previous concrete patio he didn't ask for anything extra, he simply let us know and took care of it. High quality work.
