    After finding Huntington Auto Body on Angie's list, we contacted Mr. Lee about repairing front end damage to a 1999 Mazda 626.  Mr. Lee asked if we could email pictures of the damage - which we did - and within two days he confirmed he could do the work and that we should bring the car in.  The meeting with Mr. Lee was very professional and efficient.  Within about an hour, he assessed the damage and gave us a written quote and schedule for performing the work.  We agreed and left the car.  As we approached the completion date, Mr. Lee called and said his parts supplier had not delivered the bumper and hood yet - and the car would not be ready on time.  Another week went by with Mr. Lee staying in touch (he called us) and telling us when the parts would be in and the work completed.  We picked up the car about 10 days later then the original schedule - some delay due to the parts - some delay due to us being able to get to his shop.  We are very satisfied with the work.  The replaced parts look good and function well - no rattles.  And he was able to match the new hood paint also perfectly with the existing body paint.  Another plus - my wife appreciated the clean customer rest room. Nice touch!  Thanks Mr. Lee.  I hope we don't have another ooops! - but if we do - we'll come and see you.

    Our Honda Civic had the front bumper ripped off from scrapping against a pillar. Since my son drives this car we told the body shops to find the cheapest way to repair the car. We visited three body shops - the estimates ranged from $550 to $800.
    We then went to Centreville Collision. The adjustor told us he would give two estimates, one to reattach the bumper and quot;if you can live the scrapesand quot; and one for a brand new bumper. He was the first adjustor to even suggest this! He explained that the bumper was fine, all the clips holding the bumper did their job and broke, so it was just a matter of replacing clips and aligning everything. The scrapping marks on the bumper would still be there but that was the cheapest way to fix it. He would also quote a price for a new bumper.
    The quote to re-attach the exisiting bumper was $110. My son was so happy since he had to pay for this himself. A lot better than paying over $500, and he could live with the marked up bumper. So we told Centreville Collision to go ahead and fix the car. A few hours later it was done, just like they promised.
    So a big thank you to Centreville Collision for thinking outside the box and saving my son over $400.

    Rear End Repair- They were great, except the day before i was to pick up my car, i got a call from them, stating that my rear door cable was missing internally, not allowing it to open from the outside. However it worked just fine when i dropped it off. Apparently when they removed it to paint they lost it and didnt want to admit to it. Then told me it would 2 weeks to get the part in and they would pick my vehicle back up from my work and put it in and return it, however I've heard nothing from them and no one has returned my calls regarding it either.

    I was in an accident, they were wonderful in the begining, even called several times to give me an update. The issue came the day I picked it up, they called and said a sensor that open my back tailgate in my SUV was Missing. even after i was rear ended it worked perfectly but now it was gone. They had to order the part and it was going to take 2 weeks. It's been a month and I never heard from them. My back tailgate doesnt open from the outide, I have to use the remote to open it or from the inside of the car, it's going to cost me approx 1200.00 to get it fixed now from the dealership, and if I dont it'll lower the resale of my vehicle.

    The work was performed great! I thought the repairs were exactly as estimated and fixed as just as it came off the assembly line. The vehicle took 2 additional days more than estimated, which wasn't an issue. However, I do believe their customer service has major issue. I had to continue contacting them for status and completion. The only contact they did was to provide the estimate initially. Then, when they advised it will be done by x time that day, I returned the call to find that it won't be ready. Next day, they didn't even bother contacting me. I had to call them mid afternoon to find out they are still working on the vehicle. I felt like I kept bugging them for update. I only asked the front desk to call me for updates so that I can make arrangements to pickup the vehicle and drop off the loaner, but it's like pulling teeth attempting to find out the status. They stated that their normal front desk person is on vacation, but you can't USE that as an excuse not to inform your customer.

    Any problems that I had were with the Liberty Mutual Insurance adjusters who dropped the ball on the initial claim. I aad to talk to 5 different agents before one followed through with the claim. Pohanka worked with me and the insurance company to complete the repair. Pohanka's estimate on how long the repair would take was off by a couple of days. Overall I was happy with their response and the job that they did on the car.
