    It was just kind of mediocre, I was not that impressed with their helpfulness, with their knowledge. They wanted me to actually carry the lamps and the mirror out of the store and put it in my car. I was like, "Are you kidding me? I'm not doing this. These lamps are heavy. I'm not putting them in my car, put everything on the delivery truck." It was just average. I think their pricing is ridiculous. The one lamp was very heavy, and I was just like, "you've got to be kidding me." I just came in here and spent 9000 dollars, don't expect me to carry my stuff out of the store.

    Piano Tuning by Jim Smith
    Everything went well.  Mr. Smith is very professional and knowledgeable. The only negative is that he was supposed to contact me for a follow up tuning after his initial visit and he never did.  I was pleased with his services though and contacted him, and he scheduled a visit quickly.

    By the way, my grade for price is N/A because I have nothing to compare his price to.

    We chose furniture but they did not tell us that it didn't have the 25 percent discount that we thought it had. We had chosen sofas but I would not let them bring them into the house because the front wood trim on it had a large gap. The legs were unevenly finished. The leather on the arms was all shriveled up like old leather and the fabric on the recliner looked like somebody had made huge scratches on it with nails. We had accepted two chairs from them and we now find that there is something wrong with them. The fabric on them has stretched and is sagging. The company tells us that they don't do refunds while the manufacturer says that it is not their problem since we bought the furniture from an independent store. We had signed a contract that clearly stated that we would have to pay 50 percent deposit and the balance prior to delivery but we started getting phones a couple of weeks later from the manager and the salesman that we would have to pay the balance to the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer to inquire about that but they told me that I would have to talk to the people at the store. I am left holding bad furniture and don't know how to get a refund on it.

They won't even send me the paperwork about what they are withholding and they tell me that our contract is with an independently-operated dealer and that they cannot legally authorize the return of the furniture or the refund. We made a bad decision are now left holding bad furniture and we don’t how to return or get a refund.
