    Schreiber, Dr. Jonathan L.
Dr Schreiber was wonderful, personable and professional. He told me my problem was a common cold weather rash, diagnosed it immediately, gave me a cream that said it would cure it, and it is feeling VERY much better now. His staff also was extremely friendly, personable, and professional! I'd almost go back just to chat with them! :)

    Baer, Dr. Robert S
I have seen him only once and the experience was wonderful. He was good and I had no problems with him. I did not have much interaction with his staff, but, they were absolutely fine. I would go back to him again if needed.

Took three steps to totally remove problem over a period of approximately two hours. Follow on care was thoroughly covered. Surgery was a success.

My overall experience was good. I feel like both the doctors there do a really good job but they are a little slow. You have to wait for a little while before you see them. You need to sit in the waiting room for a little while.

    Gonzalez, Dr. Michele J.
She came in the room and after introducing herself and finding out why I was there, she took one look at the mole, told me what it was (it was not cancerous) and said that she would recommend it be removed but it wouldn't hurt me to leave it alone. She left it up to me. I asked her how they take it off and she told me they freeze it like a wart. She told me what to expect as far as how the procedure works, what I can expect afterward (time it would take, the fact that it might blister etc.) When I asked her how much it hurt, she said, and quot;It really depends on your tolerance level.and quot; She said some people say it's the worst pain ever and others say it doesn't hurt at all. This particular mole is on my upper thigh where the joint is so the skin sometimes folds over it near the top of my pubic bone a pretty sensitive area so of course I was nervous. She said that she could start the process and if it hurts too much she can stop. Lots of doctors won't do that, if they start they want to finish. Before she started I asked if it would cause a keloid to arise and she said no. I told her that I had one from a different surgery. She started the procedure, asked how I was (I was fine, it felt like someone flicking a rubber band against your skin to me) then said she was going to let it defrost and hit it again. Surprisingly, the second time it hurt a little more but nothing I couldn't handle. She put a band aid on it because it was in the skin fold and said I could do everything I normally do. There is nothing special to take care of it unless clothes or skin rubbing it is uncomfortable then I could put a band aid on it. While I was there she told me that they have treatments for keloids. She looked at it and said if it bothered me she could inject it with steroids. I declined on that day but thanked her anyways and just the fact that she took an interest in me even though she was busy, I would definitely recommend her. I rated the effectiveness of treatment NA because she said it would take up to 2 weeks to come off and it hasn't even been one so I don't have the proper information to judge that category yet.

    Harvey, Dr. Valerie M.
She treated us both with what she could, and checked one sample under the microscope to verify it was nothing to worry about. My husband has some dark moles on his back that will be biopsied, as they should be, to check for skin cancer. She also determined that the Plantar's wart on his foot is not a wart at all, but a type of corn, which is why for years he has not been able to get rid of it through treatments by other doctors! She is very smart, observant, has good energy, and is professional, but at the same time approachable and likeable. She looks young but I know dermatologists have to spend 11 years studying, so she's definitely got the experience and is Board Certified. She graduated from UVA, and later was the Chief Resident for Dermatology at the Univ MD Medical System in Baltimore. I also liked the office (spacious and clean) and staff (efficient yet friendly). Often times these days, doctors in dermatology have bottles of anti-aging creams on display pushing for us aging gals to spend more money, but this office projects that it is a medical office. Of course she can provide Botox or other treatments for aesthetics but that is only mentioned on a flyer, discreetly placed and mentions that if YOU are interested in such procedures to let the MA know. Very nice. Overall, I think she's a terrific doctor and I can't think of anything more I would want from her.

Everything went perfectly at my last visit.  She is very knowledgeable.  Even if we spend just a few minutes with her it feels like we would have spent a much longer time.  She is very friendly and down-to-earth.  I have been working with her for a while.  It takes almost a year to get in to see her.
