    Cisneros Roofing
We scheduled an appointment for this evening and no one showed up. After waiting an hour and a half, I called the business back and was told they were running behind. I still haven't heard anything back from them. I'm disappointed with the lack of responsiveness (now more than four hours after the appointment). I understand folks get busy and sometimes schedules get broken, but you have a responsibility to contact your customers when you can't be punctual.

The Brothers that just do Gutters
Very well. We still had a problem with the leaky corner after the initial work was done. But once we contacted them about that another solution, one that worked, was put into place. It was a tricky engineering issue, after all.

    Moreno's Roofing and Construction Inc
This company was so professional and exact. The job site was spotless and they were very prompt on the time they said they would be there. The owner is very polite and courteous ! This was the BEST exp I have had with a home repair company of any kind. I would 100% recommend this company for any roofing, siding or window needs.

    Hardesty Roofing
Price seemed comparable to other bids but we went with Hardesty because the estimator (Brett) had great communication skills. We were told 2 to 3 weeks to start the project - it took 6 weeks. The roofing contractor did not speak any English so it was difficult to communicate with him. He did not brace his ladder and it fell twice. Had my husband not been home, the roofer would have been stuck up there. My two-year old son and I could have been injured or killed by the ladder, which fell over our front door both times and damaged the landing. Very unsafe and unprofessional! It makes me wonder if this is the reason why this company encourages you not to be home during the project. The contractor did seem to be proficient at his work so we were not displeased with the roof. However, he threw trash, shingles and nails in our gravel driveway (no tarp) and left. We were told someone would come by to clean it up in a day. After multiple phone calls and THREE WEEKS someone finally came by to clean up the mess. We and our guests had to park in the grass for three weeks during the Christmas holidays and I could not take my son outside to play because there were roofing nails everywhere! He found them every time we walked across the driveway to get in the car. We are still finding nails several months later. Even the man who finally came to clean up complained that the roofer did not put the trash on a tarp. And the gutters pulled away from the house due to all of the debris thrown in them. We had to repair those ourselves. The last straw happened when a month after the roof was installed and clean-up finally occurred, we were told someone would come out to complete our job and install 3 soffit vents. No one showed up on the initial date we were given. A week later I got a call around 8:30 a.m. that they were coming that morning. They showed up at noon right before my son was to go down for his nap. We sent them away. They scheduled a time to come back and arrived in the morning. My husband spoke with them to make sure they knew exactly where to cut the soffit vent holes - it also clearly stated on the estimate where they were to cut the holes. He left to pick up his dry cleaning and when he came back they had started to cut 4 holes in the wrong places and could not get through the wood to install the vents (which is exactly why they were instructed to drill the 3 vent holes in a precise location)! Now we have 4 holes to patch and no soffit vents. After all this mess we have no interest in letting anyone from this company near our house again. We asked for a discount to compensate for all the issues and now having to repair the holes that they drilled into our house and were offered a small discount that was later reduced when a hidden 2nd layer shingle tear-off charge was proffered. As a result of this new charge we were essentially offered a $147.50 discount. This will hardly compensate for the cost to have someone repair, prime and paint the 4 holes now in our house, not to mention the loss of our time dealing with all of these issues... and we still do not have our 3 soffit vents. It is an understatement to say that we were disappointed and Hardesty did not live up to its reputation.

Does that sound fair to you?

    Gutter Solutions of America
My experience with them turned out fine. I paid more than the price of the Big Deal, because I paid Angie's List and then I paid the workers that came out. They should have told me not to pay the workers when they came out.

    A&E Roofwerks
everything went great .  They were on time, polite and professional.  They did a excellent job and gave me a great price for this work.  The price included materials and labor.  I would definately use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone needs roof work.

    Gutter Solutions of America
They did a great job and provided pictures so I could see how thorough it was. I purchased the deal which was great for my 1,000 sq ft home. They removed all of the debris and other than the gutters being clean now, you would never have known he was here. Will definitely use this vendor again. The job was ordered and done within a couple of days!

    Arbor Quality Tree
Arbor Quality Tree showed up and removed my huge pine tree that was next to the house.  They provided work in a professional manner, were prompt, and got the job done quick and safely. They also cleaned out all my gutters and carried away the leaves in the yard. All the workers were very nice and quick to answer any question I had.  They will be my next call when I need tree work done. I would refer them to anyone looking for tree work.

    C L Wright Roofing Inc
I was impressed by the business owner. Charles Wright, and his thorough and careful estimate.  His wife was efficient and did an excellent and responseive job with communications. THe crew made quick work of the job and even re-roofed by doghouse as a surprise to me...and my dog Oscar.
