  I wanted to have my yard sloped at an easier grade to make it easier to mow and to secure a fence line. Larry called immediately after my request on Angie's list. He was super polite and respectful. He set up a time at my convenience to stop by so I can show him what I was looking for. It was probably not a big job, but could be finished in one day. He explained the process from that point forward. He called Ms. Utility and set that up and scheduled a day after the land was marked to do the work. They scoped where the communications line was buried (only interference) and made sure that their work would not interfere or cause a problem with that. After a quick lunch, Larry and Steve dropped grass seed and spread hay. Throughout the day, he verified with me if the slope looked good. At the end of the day, they removed their equipment and left. These guys are super professional and will work with you to meet your needs and fulfill your requirements. I would hire them back if the need arises.

  Always on time. Very efficient. Company servicemen were quick to change methods upon request. I asked them to enter from the back yard because the side of my yard is very narrow and they were treading on the neighbor's yard. They were instantly accommodating.

  Travis and sidekick Jay were a Godsend! They accomplished all of this and more in 2 days, while carrying on good-natured bantering the whole time. I asked a lot of them, but heard no complaints as they cheerfully got it done, during extremely hot, humid weather. These guys are amazing, and can do anything!

  Very pleased with the yard work done by Travis and his assistant. They arrived on time and stayed hard at work all day. The work was not just completed per our request, but they also removed pine needles with the cones and some extra leaves in a part of the yard near the work area. The yard looked fantastic when they left and even received the approval of the local herd of deer. One doe plopped down and lounged for a while in an area that had just been cleared of pine cones. The squirrels also have been more active in the cleaned up yard! Thumbs up from us and the animal kingdom!

  Prompt service and arrived when he promised. Courteous and responsive.   Helped with the planning of the landscaping in the front yard.   The work was done quickly and with good attention to the details.  Strong work ethic demonstrated and expressed desire to get the job done correctly and to our specifications.   We had a problem with one of the trees in the front yard and some bugs on the shrubs and he came back and fixed those problems quickly after he was contacted.  We were very satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend him highly for landscaping or yard work.

  TruGreen Lawn Care - 5732

  On June 3, I was home, saw them come so I watched as they treated only the small front and side yard.  I tried to catch the technician but he was gone.  I called Trugreen.  They had no explanation for why they were only treating a small part of the yard.  I called and everyone I spoke with had a different answer.  They agreed to refund the prepay.  Then I saw only my credit card bill that as the technician left that day he punched in a charge for twice the amount of one treatment and added an additional $116.  I'm still fighting to get my money back and am disputing it through my credit card.  It appears that this is a company where one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.  My lawn does not look like I use a lawn service and I would never use them again.

  I write the checks to him.  They've mowed for us at least 3-5 years.  It's a reasonable rate, they are reliable, they send me a bill, and I pay them.  I got something to talk to him, about.  I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

  I write them a check.  They're set up on bill pay and I just write them a check.  They come around every quarter.  They are consistently reliable, there when they say they will be, leave a note in the mailbox when they do it that day, and don't overdo it.  I've set them up on annual pay and I pay them once a year.  I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
