ACenvar RoofingWe interviewed four roofing companies with experience with commercial roofing to do a variety of repairs on our church roofs which include slate, EPDM and asphalt shingles and also repairs to our copper gutters that were leaking. Brian Laverty with Cenvar Roofing was one of the more detailed roofers with his proposal and he responded very quickly. He was always available for our questions and patient with us as we gained understanding of the magnitude of our job. We hired Brian because of his price but also because of our comfort level with him and the reviews from previous customers who had similar needs as our needs. After the work was scheduled, the crew from Cenvar arrived at the promised time and they worked diligently as a team to correct the issues we had with our current roofs per their proposal. Cenvar honored their estimate for repairs although they encountered unexpected issues which was not surprising for a structure that is 100 years old. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Brian Laverty and Cenvar when given the opportunity for residential and commercial work because of their high quality of work, their high level work ethic, their desire to do their work with "excellence",their high level of professionalism and their excellent follow-up.- Steve C.

ACenvar RoofingNovember 10, 2020 Abraham Lincoln reportedly said that if he had only one hour to chop down a tree, he’d probably take forty minutes to sharpen the ax, and twenty minutes to chop down the tree. Lincoln’s business model reminds me of the thorough planning and careful performance of Cenvar Roofing. The professionalism of their work was only exceeded by its skillful craftsmanship. The foreman/estimator first met at length with me to understand what outcome was expected. I assumed “install some new gutters and downspouts” was a good enough answer, but soon appreciated various options and choices: material, installation, warranty, scheduling, and financing were explained. Upon timely completion, the final project exceeded my expectations, in function and appearance; the total cost was less than my own estimate. Crew was highly skilled, hard working and very efficient. The job was completed in a day and a half. We were extremely pleased with the new roof and excellent cleanup after the job was completed. All contact was prompt, all questions addressed and excellent oversight of the job. We were so pleased with the quality of this job, that we decided to have Pierce do our guttering as well. The project was completed within a few hours. Again, we were very happy with the quality, workmanship and oversight. We highly recommend this company! He is passionate about doing the job the right way. His crew are lifelong seasoned veterans in the siding and window business, as is he. The final product is top shelf quality. Robbie has gone out of his way to answer any and every question I have had, and I have put him to the paces. Robbie and his crew are friendly, and just a passionate about the product and the work as he is. Robbie and the crew installed a new roof, new skylights, new gutters and downspouts, a complete vinyl siding installation,wrapped the house in foam insulation, and wrapped all my existing windows. This was a big job! Our house is 4 floors and over 6000 square feet. They finished on time and on budget. Just knowing that the job was going to be done right was the greatest comfort, I never had to worry. Our house is in very highly trafficked part of our subdivision and I can’t begin to tell you how many people stop and tell us how amazing the house looks. It looks like a brand-new house and its 45 years old. Cars would literally stop in the middle of the street as they drove by in amazement! APierce Siding & Window CoThis is the second time we have used Pierce Siding and Window Co and I would use them again without hesitation. In my previous house, they installed sun room windows. This time, in my current home, they installed windows throughout, as well as siding and gutters. Mr. Pierce and his crew do excellent work; and the price, both times, has been more than fair. Everyone was professional, polite, and treated my home (and my family) with respect. They answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and helped me understand the process. Last week's downpour of rain set them back, but they worked Memorial Day weekend to finish in a timely manner. Above and beyond! I am so pleased - my older home looks brand new! AWe needed a substantial remodel on our SML house. Bob Riddick Home Services (BRHS) has done work on our roof since before we purchased that house; including some minor repairs and a softwash to enable a few more years on the roof before we bite the bullet and go for a new roof. When we decided to begin the remodel, we simply choose BRHS. We didn't bother with multiple quotes because BRHS's reputation was solid gold. It still is. Our Project Manager, Tripp Parker was not only knowledgeable, professional, and punctual, but he has great patience when working with a sometimes difficult customer (me). He was invaluable! I was given a lot of leeway concerning products and materials that I wanted to use and as such, often made decisions that involved plan changes. For example, I moved a wall and wanted a Barn Door that was more than 120-inches. I couldn't find anything that I liked, so Tripp had one "built" for me. I love it! Tripp's Number One, Shawn Jolliff was experienced, professional, creative, and unflappable! Doors, floors, and windows sometimes don't play well together, but Shawn would finesse them and make them work together. Phase 2 is going to begin this year and we will certainly use Bob Riddick Home Services again.

AOwner Ricky Stroup was infinitely patient with us, as after our initial meeting it took us over a year to hire his company to do this work. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. Working with Gutter Glove of North Carolina was an enjoyable experience, and I recommend this company!

A... After studying their High Quality work on a friend's 2nd Story Sunroom and Dining Room... My Bride and I decided that we wanted this little company in Salem to build our Dream Room. Steve ( Southwest Sunroom Sales Manager ) was right on track; He reassured us that the Southwest Team could handle any contingency. And they did with Incredible Results ! Personable and friendly communication, and coordination, removed all the stress that comes with any challenging project - they actually made it fun. These are professional contractors and builders and a service team that deliver to Happy Customers. Some events: Pergula takedown, Deck removed, Fish pond moved and filled in, Electrical power updated to code, and power lead moved to other side of home... Then the really impressive Construction started on our 14x18-foot new "LIVING ROOM" There were No Inspection Issues, WOW. And believe me, the inspectors were here during All stages of the project (s), You get your money's worth plus = Southwest always builds safe, above, and beyond the code. i.e. you can literally drive a tank up on the subfloor and foundation. It Is BUILT ! I retired from the U.S Marines and have spent the last 26 years in Service and Installation work locally, and have been to "some" job sites and teamed up with lots of service people. What has impressed me most about the Southwest folks was how motivated and skilled the two guys that did most of the construction were... Troy and Key really excel in my book, and they obviously love the kind of challenging work they do. Come sun or rain , they were here early and motivated and ready with a plan to get 'er done. Communication and Status updates are very good top-down = Service Manager and VP (Kevin) Kept all of us in the loop informed... Even after the initial startup and walk around... to make sure each Builder, Contractor, and Customer is Happy and on the same sheet of music. Noteworthy: When the guys who are actually building your sunroom care enough to call and remind you "that if anything should go wrong this weekend [ because of an approaching tropical storm ] please just call us, we will be home all weekend." That is when you know Southwest has attracted some really Great Employees ! By the way, the new roof and guttering held back and dispersed an incredible amount of rain. The cleanup was always immaculate every day and at Completion = You almost can't tell they were even here and the Mud had been very high... Well, I lied just a little; There is this incredibly fine building attached to our little home. It is really more of a cathedral than a Sunroom !
