ABetter Home ImprovementsI had Better Home Improvements featuring Better Baths and Kitchens to do a complete remodel of our home. This was the first time my wife and I had major construction work done on our home. Tracy White assured us during our initial consultation that we would be highly impressed with the work that was performed and the project would be done with the least amount of effort on our part necessary as the home owners. He was absolutely correct! We had our kitchen and bathrooms remolded, new flooring installed throughout our home. Tracy’s crew are absolute professionals and great at what they do! My wife and I had such a pleasant experience and loved the work done so much I hired Tracy and his crew back the following year to install siding and paint the exterior of our house. My wife and I are more than satisfied and never get board of all the compliments from our family and neighbors!- Kevin M.

ABetter Home ImprovementsStill in progress, work is not complete but it’s coming together smoothly. Any issues or questions that I have had during the process have been addressed immediately open line of communication is perfect. This is a very large job is crews have showed up when they said they were going to be here, and as we have made changes throughout the process everyone is more than helpful.- DC P.

ABetter Home ImprovementsBetter Home Improvement - Better Bathrooms and Kitchens did a fabulous job on redoing two vintage bathrooms. Everything was torn out and rebuilt or replaced. They were there every day, they worked the whole time, they cleaned up after themselves. They consulted me on where to put towel racks, shelves, and mirrors. They did one bathroom at a time so we had use of the facilities. I just can’t say enough about how efficient, pleasant, and thorough they were. Yes, I would use them again and I have already consulted with them on a couple of other projects.- Ann S.

CLeonard's Construction CoThe project started out okay from the estimate stage to the point where the contractor started work on site. The owner was hard to get a hold of at times but I just figured he was working on other projects. Two years after the installation the door was getting very hard to open. It got to the point where we had to use both hands and lean back with your body weight to open the door. This is not our primary door so it most likely was happening within their warranty period as well. I tried calling the owner and his voice mail was full. He would not return a text message either. I located another number for the business through the BBB website. Left a message on that phone and received a call back within 15 minutes. The owner explained that the door would be hard to open at times and that it would depend on the season. Well I listened to him and then asked if he would come over and look at the door. We've been closing doors in multiple homes for 50 years and never experienced what he explained. He said he'd be over that next weekend and did not show up or call. I texted multiple times and did not receive a response. His voice mail was still full and could not accept messages. It's been 3 months since the contractor did not show up as stated above. The door is now leaking water into the house from under the door. So in less than 3 years, our door will not open properly and is leaking water into our house. I guess we'll have to get another contractor involved. What does all this mean for someone looking for a good contractor? If a business is not communicating with you properly in the conceptual or estimate phase, do not make excuses for them like I did and move on to the next business. If you choose to accept that like I did, you'll find that behavior will likely have an impact your project. Professional and reputable contractors will show up and fix problems even if it's past their standard warranty period.- Richard Z.

ATop notch work! These guys really want the customer to be happy with the job. I had 200 Amp Service installed plus a 50 Amp sub-panel on a new garage. Brad Basham came out to do the estimate and he was one step ahead of me the whole way knowing exactly what was needed for a quality job exceeding my expectations. He suggested a surge suppressor on the panel for my needs before I did after describing my requirements and use of the electric service. I wanted a particular sub-panel for a 50A RV hook-up and he understood why and went out of his way to get the proper equipment. The guys showed up and did a better job than I could. They would even ask for my input on multiple ways to run the service and sub-panel to make sure the customer was happy. Unbelievable top notch work from start to finish.

AJimmy Chris and Jeff were great just like all the other folks said. Replaced some old wood windows and storm windows with the Vinyl by Design windows. The windows have made it warmer in winter and cooler in summer and a lot quieter. Professional job. They had to cut one window through stucco, put in the new window and did a fine job of the trim work.

AIt went excellently. (As has been all of my past dealings with Enquist.) I actually called them after hours, DURING HOLIDAY SEASON, not only did they still answer but they made it a point to get to me the next day because I had company coming in a day or two. Every step of the way from Becky on the phone, to the technician Jeremy, all extremely nice to deal with. For whatever your electrical needs are, CALL THIS COMPANY!! You will not be disappointed!!!

AWe had a very nice consultation with Tracy, the company owner. He drove a good way to consult with us and listened intently to what we are wanting. He showed us choices in products and costs. His company, Better Baths and Kitchens sounds like it has a great reputation and has been steadily growing. We asked for more time to make our decision and he cheerfully agreed and gave us 30 days. He also wore a facemask and gloves to the consultation in our home. We had a positive experience with Tracy. I do recommend him.
