    I can't recommend them highly enough. Every step of the process was professional and smooth. I called in the afternoon and they had an opening for lunch the next day. I received a text in the morning when they were on the way and they arrived right when promised. I had both a dishwasher and washing machine that were having similar control panel problems. I truly appreciate how they walked me through the causes and options for repair. Fees were very reasonable; especially to receive knowledgeable and honest information and cost. I plan on using them for all future needs and would highly recommend them to others.

    It didn't turn out very well. It wasn't their fault, though. The part that went out stopped being made. They kept ordering the part with the right number, but kept being sent a part that didn't fit. They did refund me what I paid since they were unable to finish the service.

    Identified problem on first visit on a Friday, came back Tuesday morning (as promised) with new timer. Installed and check out promptly. Very experienced and efficient repair man. Quite pleased with all aspects of this repair.

    Just Appliance Repair

    Lowe's hired this company to repair our dishwasher. Although Lowe's scheduling system showed we'd have to wait a month, Just Appliance Repair (JAR) was able to squeeze us in within a week. Great so far.

    The technician was swift in his diagnosis, and very professional: Told us he'd have to order a new spray-pump motor, under warranty, from Kitchenaid. He estimated 1-2 weeks to get the part. Great so far.

    This is where it all falls apart:

    Starting 2 weeks after his visit, we began calling him daily to follow up. He NEVER returned any of the calls...

    Our persistent calling, yielded twice catching him, and he answered the phone... Once at the 4-week mark, once at the 6-week mark... Both times, his answer was, "Still waiting for the part. 1-2 weeks."

    Starting at 4 weeks, we began to call Lowes, demanding they either replace JAR and contact Kitchenaid to see if the issue was the warranty-replacement part or just JAR not calling back or some other mitigating factor.

    Finally, at 8 weeks, after relentless escalation inside of Lowes, we received a new replacement dishwasher. Needless to say, neither we nor Lowes contacted JAR to do the removal/installation.

    To this day, now 12 weeks since we first met him, we still have no idea what the situation is, nor why he never called us back. Needless to say, we'll not be using JAR again unless we have no choice.

    We have been entering reviews onto Angie's list for years, and this is the first negative posting we have ever made.

    The estimate was free. He was very honest, very punctual, and great with communication. It turned out that Samsung wasn't his expertize, and I appreciated his honesty with that, and so I wound up going with someone else. I found him on Angie's List.

    I called Jeff to make an appointment for him to look at my dryer.  I left a message for him, and he responded very quickly, probably with in the hour.  He happened to be in Salem, so he was able to come by within a half hour of the call.  This is very old, strange, little house, and he had to do some gymnastics to get into the basement to look at the electrical panel (as well as dodge a lot of bugs and mud). he was cheerful about all of that, bless him.  He was clear that I shouldn't use the dryer until it had been cleaned.  I asked him do that, because there is no way I was sending it back to the idiots who sold it to me in that condition (and they had it twice).  He didn't have the necessary tools on him then, but offered to come back the next day to do the work.  His schedule was very full, but since we were going to be home all day, he asked if he could call right before he came over.  He arrived just after lunch, fixed the dryer, cleaned up the area where he had worked (it was cleaner than when he arrived), and went on to the next job like some sort of appliance super hero.
    He didn't charge me for the visit the day before, even though he was probably here for at least an hour.  He was very mindful my son's safety around the disassembled dryer (remembering to close a baby gate I had accidentally left open).  He worked quite hard the whole time and was very fast without being sloppy.  He gave me free advice on cleaning the very filthy burn heads on the gas cook top that came with the house when we bought it.  I absolutely would have no problem calling him again or recommending him to friends and family.  Clearly he's a guy with a strong work ethic, large skill set, and sense of responsibility.  I don't think you can go wrong with him.

    Scheduled repair service for a kitchen appliance exactly one week prior to today. I called this morning @ 8:30 AM to confirm a time window that he would arrive at my home. Was told by his scheduler was unsure of time window and was in the process of mapping out today's work schedule and advised would call me back in a short amount of time to confirm. 2 1/2 hours later I had received no call back. I called again and was told by his scheduler due to his heavy work load he would not be coming out today (?!). Was further advised that this was because his and quot;regularand quot; customers had called in over the last couple of days with refrigerator issues and this takes precedence over new customers since they would have food going bad. I understand prioritizing and taking care of repeat customers, but it is ridiculous to completely bump someone that had scheduled a repair service a week prior. This is just unprofessional and unacceptable.

    Tommy contacted me shortly after my phone message to them. He and his wife showed up on time and did the work very quickly and efficiently. They were exceptionally courteous and pleasant to work with. These folks care about their customers and that is a hard trait to find in this day and age. When the need arises they will be the first on my list to call for help.
