    Integrity Home Contracting
Of the various contractors we spoke with, Integrity was the most thorough, identifying several areas which warranted repair prior to painting.   The project manager, Dylon Higley, was very professional, and responded to all of our queries and concerns promptly.   Integrity's quote for painting was slightly cheaper than the other quotes;  however, with the additional repair work, the total was slightly higher.   (A few hundred in each direction).
Prior to beginning work, we expressed a few concerns - completing the work prior to mid September, using ladder standoffs to protect our copper gutters, e-mailing us to let us know when the crew was coming out,  and matching existing paint/mortar color.  Dylon understood, and worked with us on each of these to ensure satisfaction.
One thing to note;  Integrity requires 1/3 payment up front, 1/3 at start of work, and 1/3 final payment -- so you're effectively in for 2/3rds of the money before anything happens.    Keep in mind they always have coupons available in the various mailers you receive.
Dylon was able to start the work early, had crews working over the weekend, and finished the project 3 weeks early.   Ricardo, the lead of the painting team was very professional and friendly;  they thoroughly cleaned up each day, piled ladders up to the side of the house, and basically was as unobtrusive as possible throughout.   Robert, the handyman, was similarly professional, and rapidly resolved the various issues.   Dylon e-mailed us the day before anyone was coming out to the house, and kept us posted on the overall schedule.
Throughout the process, Dylon was very responsive to questions/concerns, and often responded within the hour, even late at night or over the weekend, and followed up the next day with the painting/carpentry crew.
We also worked closely on the paint color;  Integrity was able to test-paint a small section of a shutter to help validate the color selection.
The one minor issue was the use of ladder stand-offs;  the crew didn't use them at first, and dinged up a few areas of our gutters.  Integrity provided us with a credit against the damage without any hassle.

    Integrity Home Contracting
The work was exceptionally well done. The workmen took great care not to disturb or damage anything around the house. They were fastidious about cleaning up the work site every evening before they left. They were very concerned that the end result should look as good as possible, so they made several small improvements that went beyond what was spelled out in the contract. For example, on the deck stair treads, the accepted method of attachment was to screw them in from the top, but the workman thought that didn't look nice enough, so he got some brackets that allowed him to attach the treads from underneath even though that made the job more difficult for him. Overall, we are very pleased with the results.

    Troy-Bilt Construction
On Monday, April 2, Troy came out and fixed my trailer skirting problem so that I will never have to worry about it again. He fixed it and I must say, it looks so nice. I was not here when he came, but one would not know he was here except the skirting was where it was suppose to be and no mess. It looked great and if one looked at it, one would never know I had a problem. As I approached my front door, it was fixed. Before, the framing was coming off and I could not close the screen door. The wind would constantly blow it open. I had tried to fix it and made a mess of it. But when Troy came, he cleaned up my mess without comment and fixed the door frame so that it not only looks great, but closes and stays closed. I am so  amazed - he is a professional and a very down to earth individual. I am so glad that I found Troy and his company.

    Dodson Glass & Mirror
The doors are absolutely gorgeous. The people who came to install them were wonderful. They made the frame, installed it and put the doors in. They did not have the same trim as what I already had, went to the local hardware store to get what they needed and put the trim up. Another gentleman came back and put door handles on the new doors and on other French doors in the house. Everyone who came out was on time and professional and their prices were very affordable. Dodson was very secure in what they quoted me, what they could provide with their service and I am very happy with them. I am calling them today to have another door installed.

I called Phil and he said he would come look at the door lock and see what it would take to fix it, leave an estimate and come back the next day to fix it. When I returned home the first day, however, he had completely fixed it and left everything neat as a pin. He said it was so simple he was able to repair it right on the spot. He wrote up a thorough description of the work he had done, cleaned up and I was more than pleased! I am certainly going to hire HandyPhil again for small household repairs and maintenance.

They did a good job. We did have to call them back regarding the lock not catching on the door. They came out and fixed it promptly.
