    FABULOUS experience. I contacted owner Matt Cullum via e-mail. Even though he was extremely busy, he carved out time to come out to clean my VERY dirty car. He quoted me a low price before he got rolling and saw how dirty it was, but he kept his word since he said he often provides low pricing for first time customers. Yes, I would say that $80 for a complete detail, inside and out, and a GREAT wax job was very low. He brought his own water, power source (although I offered our garage's outlet) and everything he needed to do the job. He took nearly 2.5 hours, and at the end my car looked nicer than when I bought it (I bought it used). Before he left I asked him for tips for how to best care for it, which he explained thoroughly (and which included several cost-saving ideas). I was thrilled with this service and will certainly use it again!

    Le Auto Service
    Horrible.  Provider also replaced the front  Axle/Half Shaft in trying to determine source of noise (which was later determined to be differential).   He then went back and removed the front axle and put old one back in.  It is possible my problem could have been resolved by replacing differential oil!  Poor communication due to language problem (relied on wife to communicate)

    Sales person Alice, who is also a hortoculturalist and got along famously with my landscaper wife, came out a few months ago to meet with us and give us her pitch. I'd already researched window tinting and decided if I was going to have the windows in my home tinted I wanted a 3M product. They invented window tinting and offer a guarantee good for as long as I own my home.
    After the initial sticker shock we knew the Prestige line was the way to go and pulled the trigger for June 13th.
    2 installers came out about 8:30 as expected with everything they needed to do the job. I was off that day so I hung out with them 'till they finished. They set up and started to work quickly. They were knowledgeable, efficient and quiet. 2 of the windows they did were up in my great room starting 12' up and going 5' up from there. They brought in their A frame ladder and laid down a drop cloth before putting up the ladder. They cleaned the windows flawlessly and trimmed excess sealant from the edges.
    Took 4 hrs to get all 28 surfaces covered. I had a check ready for them but when they were done the didn't want a dime. I could pay them now if I wanted or I could send in a check later. Or I could call the office and pay by credit card.
    I called the office the next day and talked to the lovely and gracious Harriet who took my CC info, told me she would register me w/3M and sent me a paid in full receipt.
    This so amazing to me - I can't tell the film is on the window. As they finished a window I'd inspect it and I literally could not see any gaps anywhere in any of the windows.
    I turned off the AC to see how long it would take the sun to heat up the house.
    Latter that day as the afternoon sun burned through my kitchen windows I stood directly in it and was AMAZED that there was almost no difference between in or out of the sun as far as the heat goes. The interior temp barely budged after 4 hours. Until now I wouldn't be able to stand in that spot and the home was built in '07 w/all E glass !
    I can't wait until the dog days of August.
    I can't say enough about the company and the product.
    In this case I absolutely got what I paid for.

    One car had to be hauled in. I notified the service department via email. They stayed in touch and let me know when it was there. I asked them to check the alignment and fix the AC fan once they got it running. They kept me informed on cost of the fuel pump for approval before proceeding. When I picked up one car and dropped off the other, we discussed the other items - the AC would have cost $900 just for the part, so he was sure I didn't want to spend that - the AC worked, just that the fan stayed on "high." He had equalized the air pressure in all four tires, one was a bit low, so he didn't think I needed to spend the money for an alignment - he suggested I drive it for a while and if it didn't feel right we could do an alignment later. When was the last time your mechanic SAVED you money - and for a woman??? ;) The service manager who checks the car in drives the car before turning it over to the technicians so he knows exactly what is going on. He doubled checked with me to see exactly what the second car was doing before he drove it. He then called us to say the transmission flush was needed. He discussed the needed inspection (I hadn't caught that it was due), and a recall letter we had gotten. All will be taken care of. In looking for a new car, I have considered a Honda, but because of the fabulous work I have gotten from Parrish since 1987, I will stick with Ford/Mercury products just so these wonderful folks can maintain my cars. JB in their sales department is equally as thoughtful, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

    I bought my Toyota Rav 4 two years ago, and up until now have always taken it to the dealer for service. I knew the 30K service would be expensive, and I had heard good things about D***'s (which were confirmed on Angie's List) so I called them. I read them the list of services over the phone from my maintenance book, and they gave me a quote that was about $70 less than the dealer's estimate. They told me they could get me to work (and asked if I needed to be picked up later), and that the car could be done by a certain time when I needed it. When I got there the morning of my appointment, they were very courteous. I only had to wait a few minutes for their driver, who drove me to my place of work (which is probably 15 miles from D***'s). I had individual "limo" service whereas the dealership didn't even provide a van to where I work. They called me after a couple of hours and said they noticed my inspection was due, and based on the work they had done did I want them to go ahead and put a sticker on the car. I said yes, please, and they also told me the back windshield wiper was torn (which I knew) so they replaced that. The car was ready on time, and when I went in to pick it up they remembered who I was, and the final charge was only $5 more than they had quoted - keeping in mind the original quote didn't include a state inspection or the windshield wiper. I was so incredibly pleased with the work that we've called to have our other car serviced. We can't believe how reasonable the price is that was quoted, and the workmanship and professionalism are top notch. The waiting room is also quite clean and nice, and the restrooms are clean - it was a great place to go and I will be very happy to do business with them again. They are very customer focused.

    I have used McGeorge for service on my Toyota several times. Each time, they have been courteous, professional and quick. They have an efficient check-in service with friendly associates. When I go to pick up my car, check-out has also been fast and professional. Even the shuttle driver who takes me out to pick up my car from the back lot has always been friendly. I feel very confident in McGeorge's service and recommend them.

    Mobile Repairs Service Center
    My overall experience with Mobile Repairs Service Center couldn't be better. It started in the spring of 2009. I purchased a 20 yr old Cadillac and drove it home. Within a couple of days, the car wouldn't start, so I call AAA and they sent a tow truck. The driver asked where I wanted it towed. His name was Kenny. He told me about the services that Mobile Repairs Service Center offers. They have 24 hr towing. They have a Collision Center, and of course the auto repair facility. They also offer detailing as well. I have had all 5 of my vehicles there for service since then and will recommend them to anyone needing and wanting the best service in the Richmond, Virginia area.
