Description of Work: No work was performed. He came to our home and stated he would call us back in a few days with an estimate. Several days passed and he had not called so we contacted him and he left a message on our answering machine that he had " not "forgotten about us and would contact us with the estimate in a few days. We never heard from him. Extremely unprofessional!!
