All five dogs looked great! Maltese, Malti-poo, Yorkie-poo, Jack Russell, 60lb sheep dog type. All had appropriate cuts and they did exactly what we wanted and used their judgment on the rest. The price is GREAT and they picked them up and brought them back. Can't say enough good things about the quality and service we received. definitely will call them again.

We enjoy them immensely. She was outstanding and the price was excellent. She did a wonderful job we were all blown away, we were so impressed. It was not an easy job to do and she made it look easy.

I called a week and a half ago, and they could get me in next Thursday. That is hard to change. I have been going to them since he was little. They are good. I don't get the same groomer all the time. One may be better than the other one. Overall, a B. It takes so long to get them in. The price and I called other places. Its hard to take them to another place, you may get it cheaper, but you don't know the kind of work you may get.

    The Temple of the Dog
Dogs were bathed, clipped where needed, nails were cut, and they fulminated excess hair. Total cost was $40. per dog. They did a nice job and only had to leave the dogs a couple of hours rather than all day. Will use them again.

    The Happy Dog
The owner is very professional and treats my dog very well, excellent groomer and dog handler. The issue I had was poor communication from the owner when they had to cancel or reschedule appts. Id be left hanging with no word or contact. They would cancel for reasons out of their control, no problem with that but I did not see an urgency from them to reestablish the appt times and to get back to me concerning thiis, when they were the ones who had canceled. Maybe they have too many customers to keep up with?

    Taddle Tails
I've used Taddle Tails for four years now and don't have room here to tell you all the things I like about them. Jennie grooms (and
occasionally boards) both of my Yorkies. She's mainly a groomer but occasionally boards and cares for the dogs she grooms, whom she calls her "babies." She charges me $35 to groom my older Yorkie and less for the younger one who doesn't have much hair yet.  When she keeps my dogs while I'm away, it's $10 per dog per night. And not having to worry about them when I'm away: priceless!
Excellent. Jennie is highly skilled as a stylist. No matter what shape my dogs are in when I take them to Jennie, they walk out looking, smelling, and feeling wonderful. One of them has a thick coat that mats easily and I had let it get way out of hand. Ashamed of how bad it was, I took him to Jennie. Jennie and I both love dogs too much to put him through a painful ordeal, so I was sure she'd have to totally shave him down and he'd look skinned. But somehow she managed to make him look so cute, even though she had to remove a lot of hair. Amazing.
BOARDING (dogs she grooms): When I leave my dogs with Jennie, I know they will be treated like family--she said our smaller one slept on her fiance's head one night. (It must be true love because that dog smelled ripe when I dropped her off.) Jennie plays fetch with them and does whatever she can to make them feel comfortable. One of my dogs was chewing himself so she walked over to the vet's--just steps away from her facility--and got some prescription shampoo and bathed him. I asked her what the charge was and she said there was no charge because I was paying her to take care of him. She actually bathed them both and trimmed their hair and nails. Still she said there was no charge. (Though I usually have them groomed when I board them and pay the regular rate, this time she was booked so I brought them freshly bathed.) I gave her a larger than usual tip, but I practically had to force it on her.
ONE MORE THING: Have you ever been to a dog grooming facility and could just feel the tension in the place? Have you seen rows of dogs standing on sterile tables in some assembly line? When you walk into Taddle Tails, you can feel the love. Sounds corny, I know, but that's what it's like. I end up taking way too much of Jennie's time because she's so nice to talk to plus she has a wealth of information about dogs. The dogs look happy there  too--I'd swear I could see them smile.

I took my beagle, Henrietta, to have a bath at Klub Kanine and was
really pleased! Previously, here and in Durham, NC, where we just moved
from, I have taken her to the grooming salon at Petsmart. They were
always disorganized, too busy, and took a really long time to bath her.
She doesn't need shaving and is a really friendly, easy dog to work
with. I couldn't understand why it would take them up to 6-7 hours to
finish with her. So, I tried Klub Kanine as it was closer to home and
had one good review. From the time I called to make the appt to the
time she was ready to come home, I have no complaints! She was bathed
in under three hours and as she was waiting to be bathed, she got to
play with the dogs who were there to be boarded. What a treat! Plus,
the cost of the bath was considerably cheaper than what Petsmart has
charged me. I HIGHLY recommend Klub Kanine. We will be back with
Henrietta and will be taking our other dog there too for bathing and
    possibly, boarding! :-)

    Country Pet Grooming LLC
Both times I have used their service they have done a wonderful job with my dogs. With the Standard poodles, I have to be careful who I use as one of the dogs has a seizure disorder and will suffer seizures when taken to the groomer. They did a great job with her and she remained calm and seizure-free. Both dogs looked beautiful. Just used them today to groom a 15-week old toy poodle puppy that had never been groomed before.
Had very positive experiences both times. The groomers (husband and wife) took the time to find out about my pets and their health history, including Rabies vaccinations. Both took time to find out my grooming preferences and made suggestions on best cuts for certain areas. As well, both took the time to greet the dogs and get to know them.
Both times I was notified promptly when it was time to pick up my pets. The groomers are good yet efficient. I liked knowing my pets were not being confined to a crate for an all-day grooming experience as some other grooming services have done. Will definitely continue to use them for my pets' grooming needs.

I think we pay a little bit more than others, because they are clean, and the staff is very friendly. The dogs are always happy walking in. It looks like you are going to a real Bed and Breakfast. It looks like a cottage, and a gift shoppe. It doesn't smell like you are walking into a kennel. They have a play area for the dogs. They put all three of my dogs together so they can eat together when we board them.

Overall I think that it went well. The only problem we had was when we picked up our beagle, who had been groomed that day, her nails had been clipped too closely. She actually bled on/off for about 2 hours. Nothing big, but she created a big mess for us to clean up! Normally I would say that it was just an accident, but this is the third time we have had this happen. The first two times were with our other dog. She has dark nails, so I kept chalking it up to that, and it didn't happen everytime. On our other dog you can clearly see the quick. I'm not sure if it was the same person who did it each time or if they were in a hurry. But, it has happened enough that we will no longer be using their grooming services. Now the boarding/doggy daycare aspect was a great experience! I have not come across another boarding place that offers so much for your dogs while boarding.
