Overall I think they are overpriced and I would probably not do business with them again.
I was pleasantly surprised with the spring clean-up and mulching. It made a huge difference in the yard's appearance. I am a little disappointed in the yard's response to the treatments, but that may be more related to the weather than anything they are doing. I plan to continue to work with them as I find them very responsive and easy to work with. I am hoping that together we can get my yard to fulfill my dreams of lushness. Maybe my dreams are too extravagant :)
My interactions with staff, whether by telephone or in person, have always been friendly and professional. My calls are returned promptly. Excellent customer service skills let me feel they are listening.
Scenario: Last year (2012) we had a new driveway and drainage pipes running under the new driveway and ending 60 feet off to the back yard. Well, as you can imagine there was plenty of loose dirt, rocks, roots and an area void of grass left behind the excavation work. With the weather and winter months coming in we waited until May to get the yard back in shape.
