It is a pleasure to go every time. Everyone is so helpful and professional. And everyone is considerate of those with less mobility. Very helpful in finding the correct classes and instruction on and individual basis

I really enjoy going to the gym. We use the indoor pool a lot during the winter. There are many machines upstairs and I have never had to wait longer then 15mins for a machine. I like the use the indoor track in the winter as well. The only thing that I dislike is that during the winter the indoor pool has really odd hours. Apparently when the lifeguards they use go back to school in the fall, instead of hiring new lifeguards that are not in high school, they close the pool. Also you have to pay extra to use the outdoor pool. I like that you don't have to sign a contract. We pay by the month for a family membership. We didn't have to pay a sign up fee due to the agreement between Green Ridge and the company my husband works for. We have been members for 2yrs now and I would recommend it to others. Great for family. Tons of things for kids to do. They have a game room and a childrens area in the pool and a water slide indoors.

Most of the programs are for the little kids at this Y. It is clean, and they keep the equipment in really good shape. They have redone all of the equipment. They take very good care of their members. They have different boot camps, and trainers. They have a good mix of things, and the staff is also very friendly.

It is a government owned facility and it was built by the county. I live within a minute and half drive so we are close and is probably one of the biggest attractions there. It is new and modern so all the equipments are new and well kept. It was opened two years ago. I am a star member. It is a state of the art facility. They have indoor pool, outdoor pool, a track, two full size basket ball courts, state of the art tread mills, weights and just about everything that you could possibly ask. I have been to a number of them and this is one of the better ones around. One of the few times that I have actually seen tax dollars put into something like this for the area. There was quite a bit of discussion here about whether the county should build it, and use tax dollars for it and there was quite a fight about it. I was actually one of them who was against it but I am now a member and I enjoy being there and it is well run. Price wise it is very reasonable. The cost is half the cost of another gym that I was going to in the area. Of course it is being subsidised by the tax payer's dollars. That is one of the reasons. It has been turning profits, I understand. As for communication they have a web site, they send e-mails out and they do an excellent job of communicating. I will continue to use them and there is no reason to look elsewhere.

    Elliots Family Karate Academy
Master Elliott is FABULOUS with the kids! Perfect mixture of discipline and love that the kids really respond too. My son loves going there and he is learning SO much! To control himself, to respect others, etc.

Perfect place for any parent that wants their children to learn discipline. Great for whole families to attend and learn.

They had a free sign up period and that location period wasn't packed so it was easy to go through circuit weight training. Their were some issues when we were wrapping up our membership.
