    Jackson & Jackson Inc.
Arthur Jackson and his crew did a excellent job on this project. They were all friendly, hard working, and i felt comfortable with his team in my home even when I was not there. Old flooring was removed, hardwood floors, thresholds, and cord around were installed. There were some issues with the sub-floor and Arthur consulted us and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. They also cleaned up well at the end of the job. I would highly recommend Jackson & Jackson for hardwood floor installation and tile.

    Valley Tile
Everything that everyone else has written about Valley Tile is true. They have beautiful, high-quality tile. Their employees are knowledgeable and were very helpful when I was choosing tile. But when I had what I consider to be a major problem, they were nice, but didn't think it was a big deal. When my tile arrived, I immediately saw that it was the wrong color. I went to Valley Tile with pieces of the tile I received and showed them. They simply said, "It's just a different dye lot." They didn't see a big difference and there were no apologies. On my way home I thought about the grout I had chosen, knowing it would not work. So, I went back to the store with the grout and asked that they replace it. They still had their doubts about my concerns and went to the back to get my paperwork to see what was ordered. As soon as they placed the original grout sample with the tile I had received, two employees both said, "Oh, you can't use that!" It was a significant difference. They did replace the grout at no cost. As I was going out the door, very frustrated, one employee said, "Don't worry, it will be beautiful." It is beautiful. Anything in the store would have been beautiful. However, it was not what I ordered and I have paid almost $1,000 for something I didn't want and will have to look at every day from now on. My contractor had gone back to Valley Tile to exchange the caulk, as the original color would not work with the tile received. A few days after the job was finished, a Valley Tile employee called me to ask for my credit card number to process a credit for the caulk. I told her again how disappointed I was, not only in the color change, but in their reaction to the situation. She was very apologetic then and stated that they could have sent the tile back. Too late for that! They had never offered to do that until after the fact. Plus, my contractor had been told it was a special order and could not be returned. This probably doesn't happen a lot, but statistics don't really matter when "the one time" happens to you. The color change doesn't really go with my towels, mats, fixtures and towel bars, so those will have to be replaced as well. I won't use Valley Tile again. Not because the color was wrong. Because they just didn't seem to care until it was too late.

    Valley Tile
Consultative services were great. We came in with some broad ideas but loved the suggestions they made. We needed someone to install the tiles and we went with one of their recommended contractors. We ended up purchasing the tile directly from Valley Tile. They provide everything including the tile, grout, finish, caulk, etc. Great experience working with them, great selection, service and prices!

    Eades Plumbing & Tile Services
It took about a week & half working partial days in order to allow cement, grout, etc to dry.properly. We now have a large tiled shower with seat and 3 grab bars for safety. Mr. Eads removed all plastic piping and replaced with copper. Roughed in the old shower area so I could have Closet Organizers put in shelves and upper and lower doors for a large closet. Was always neat and cleaned up after work. Very happy with work.

    Enquist Enterprises Inc.
The quality was so high, we used them immediately when we needed to remodel a kitchen as well. The job we needed to do was to make a lipless shower for a handicapped daughter, but the bathroom rested on the main beam of the house. Justin came in with great ideas and felt confident that they could fix , while we had 5 other estimates who were very uncomfortable with the job. The remodel really enhanced the value of our home.

Whitt Carpet One Floor & Home
They weren't very, the person that came out and estimated the job didn't have a clear understanding of what was needing to be done so that when the installers came they ran into problems because they weren't adequately prepared to do the work. So it ended up taking longer because the estimator did not give them the proper information to do the job.

Larry provided excellent service and an outstanding finished product. He created a beautiful design to tile my fireplace and hearth. The work is immaculate and is the centerpiece to the room. I am very pleased with Larry's work and cannot wait to use him again on my next project!

    Richardson Remodeling
The porch was old and had numerous cracks an inch wide or more. It had settled in one corner and was nothing close to level. He did a fantastic job of leveling the porch and installed the tile, including bullnose pieces around the edges. He's very amenable to doing smaller jobs, which is a huge plus. He doesn't seem to quibble about the size of the project, large or small.

    Enquist Enterprises Inc.
The people at Enquist had excellent ideas about how to completely remodel my bath to make it handicapped accessible complete with a curbless roll in shower. The project exceeded my expectation and they were the only contractor out of 5 that I called who was able to make the layout work for a curbless shower given that the bathroom was over the main support beam on my house. The bathroom project went so well that I also trusted them with a full remodel of my kitchen as well complete with total electrical, painting, tiling, and removal of old cabinets. They were excellent with follow through on any problems we had along the way and showed great attention to detail in electrical , tiling, and paint work. I would definitely use them again.

    Eades Plumbing & Tile Services
Mr. Eades has done an excellent job both times he has worked in our house.  This time, we were having some previous work that was very poorly done, repaired.  He rebuilt our shower, retiled and plumbed. He made good suggestions on the best way to design the shower.  We could not have been more pleased.  He worked with the tile distributor and ordered the amounts for the tile we chose.  He must be awesome at math.  The job was finished with only a few tiles remaining.  We are looking forward to having him install a new heated tile floor in our sunroom in a few months.
