    Service rep determined no malfunction of unit but found that the internal water filter was clogged and slowly releasing drips of water along the inside and down to the floor. He did not have our particular filter on his truck but suggested that once we replaced the old one we would see no further leaking and he was correct. Thank you so much!

    JR arrived last week to diagnose the problem with my dryer, which he did quickly and gave me an estimate for the work which I approved. The part had to be ordered, after it arrived they call to sent up a time to complete the work and with two day JR was able to replace the bearing at well under the cost of the estimate. I am very pleased with their work and will hire them again to do any other repair work.

    Jeff is expedient, knowledgeable in his craft, courteous and respectful. I called for an appointment to estimate cost of repair of a Kitchenaid side by side which had gradually stopped getting cold so that I can determine if a new refrigerator had to be purchased. Jeff stated he had other jobs to do but was able to come by and take a look the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made a call to get the parts needed, picked them up and installed them. The refrigerator started operating like new. His service and consideration saved me from the expensive task of purchasing a new appliance. I feel blessed in knowing him for future repairs.

    Jeff came out to service it and told us we needed to thaw out an area (an area we couldn���t previously access) that had completely iced over. After it thawed we called him back (as instructed) and he walked us thru a few steps and we were back up and running! He could have easily tried to sell us a costly new motherboard or compressor. Nope. Jeff was AWESOME! Fast and saved us a LOT of money! There are still honest people in this world.

    It went fine. Both of the servicemen I dealt with were polite and through. I wish the "window" for repairs was better. Also time between appointments was longer than I would have liked. The parts that were ordered came within 3 business days but I could not schedule the next appt for like, 2 weeks.
