    Reston Town Center Pediatrics
Time and time again, we have been super impressed with this practice and the excellent care all staff members have given to our baby and the support we have received as new parents. We feel very fortunate to have such a top notch practice in our community.

Only had to wait a few minutes in the well waiting room. Doctors, nurses, and staff are all very friendly and patient. Multiple nurses assisted us with the weight/height/circumference check. Doctors take time to sit with you and answer all of your questions. They truly love babies in that office, and you feel it as the parents.

The doctors are great. THe nurses are great. The front desk is great. The waiting rooms are spacious
It just takes a long time to get an appointment. They are very popular. They have walk-ins, but there would be a lot of folks there during the walk-in, and you had to wait for a long time. And let me tell you this, it's not fun holding a child who is in pain because of an ear infection, for over an hour. It;s not fun for the parent, and it's not fun for other people either
I wish they would have some way they can expedite kids in distress. Infants just do not have the same tolerance as teenagers. A flu is not as distressing as an ear infection, or a stomach ache. I don;t know why they would let a 6 month old cry for an hour.
We stopped going there for the walk-ins and started going to "emergency medical centers". Eventually, we found another pediatrician who had much shorter wait times, and could give same day appointments. We'd rather have all the medical records in one place, even if it meant we had to go to one of the less popular practices.

My experience has gone very well. We see Dr. Foreman and have been seeing him since the last year. They give excellent one on one attention. They are also very professional and knowledgeable in their field. The office is very clean and welcoming. I would recommend this facility to others.

The biggest thing about them was that they had walk in hours 7:30am to 9:00am. So I do not need an appointment I can just get in. If my children were sick at night we can bring them in the morning instead of waiting for an appointment at 4:00pm. They also have calling in hours. I can call and tell them what's going on with my child. They would get back in touch with me if I called before noon. This way I could know if I really need to take her in or maybe wait. So I could get that kind of information with my child right then and there. They have a sick area and also have another area if my child was not so sick. There was a little bit of wait.

    Haggerty, Dr. Jean
We think she is great. She is very knowledgeable. Appointments with her are pleasant and comfortable. She is very good with children, there is absolutely no awkwardness during the appointment. She is able to make the whole family comfortable.

They're fantastic. The doctors are great. In addition to that, they manage their schedule very effectively. They have walk in hours early in the morning. You can take your kids in early in the morning, before is that it doesn't. Helps segregate sick kids from well kids. Separate waiting room. It is so convenient to take kids early in the morning. They have an after hours phone system. They have a nurse on call that can advise if you need to take to hospital or what you need to do.

    Reston Pediatrics
Normally I have a great experience with Reston Pediatrics, when I see Dr. Mann or Dr. Foreman. They are both wonderful doctors, who have always been really patient answering questions. At this visit, we have Dr. Sivo, who I normally avoid at all costs. She spent barely a minute looking at my baby, stated there was nothing wrong with him other than a cold, and left before I could answer any questions. He's had a cold a several times, and never cried hours on end because of it. Her diagnosis may be correct, but I would have really like to discuss with her, rather than having her rush out of the room with a crying infant, and no idea what to do about it. I will definitely keep going to the practice, but will make sure I never see Dr. Sivo again.

    Reston Town Center Pediatrics
Reston Town Center Pediatrics is a group of doctors and it is a highly reputable pediatric practice. There are a couple of doctors there, but I really like one pediatrician there. The doctor who started the whole practice is like one of the top doctors over there. The only problem with him is that you have to wait for hours to see him and I just don?t have the patience. What I like about the other pediatrician is that he manages to get his patients moving along. I have never had to wait a really long time for him. He is really good. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable and well trained. Both my boys seem to enjoy seeing him. I just highly recommend him. He is also very open-minded. If I bring up things like something related to alternative medicine and ask him if he knows about it, he will mention about it from the conventional medical point of view if he knows or studies about it. So, I like that he is open-minded and he doesn?t get defensive. My boys both went from infancy up through high school and I still see them going there. Anytime there is a medical problem, I am over there. They have a website and a telephone on service that hooks you up, but you have to pay for it. If you have emergencies, then it will hook you up to professional nurses who deal with you very professionally and help you make decisions about any problems you are having. Sometimes you can still speak to a doctor, but the nurse screens it. She decides whether or not there is something she can help you with or if the doctor needs to. Reston Town Center Pediatrics is a private medical practice and there are other doctors there who I have used too who I really like. There is another doctor there who is super, but I don?t like to wait. He is a great guy and has a great bedside manner with the kids, but he really takes his time. He is also called on emergencies all the time. I just gave up on him because I ended up sitting and waiting there for an hour for an appointment, but he is an excellent doctor. The doctor I like is also excellent. I also love another doctor and he is a really great guy. Different doctors have different angles and view points. So it is a practice and you don?t have to see the same doctor all the time. The office environment has improved. There was this long period of time where they triple booked their appointments and I had problems with that. So, I learned that I have to get there early if I need to be seen on time. The office environment depends on who is dealing with you. If you have an emergency, they will fit you in. I feel like the office environment in any alternative medicine place is much better than them. Their punctuality has improved as well. The wait has come down to about 10 minutes or 15 minutes. They have been more punctual in the last few years. I haven?t had to wait for more than 10 to 15 minutes which is reasonable. There was one time where I actually walked out because I just couldn?t wait. I felt that it was really insulting that my time wasn?t valued. You now have to wait in the examining room once you move from the waiting room. They shouldn?t overbook. They will answer any questions you have. The billing and administration is fine. I would surely use their services in the future too.

The doctors are very knowledgeable and they are very good with the kids. They have an excellent scheduling system. They are open from 7 am to 9 am for walk-in if your child is sick. It is a very good system.
