It is not a issue that he believes homeowners would cover, so I will call them when I can come up with the money. ASteadfast Construction IncVery willing to work with us on our ideas. The crew was punctual and friendly. When complete they cleaned up the area well. They built us a beautiful deck which far exceeded our expectations. We found a few small problems after the work was complete. They came out immediately and corrected them to our satisfaction. AJP Companies IncExcellent company to work with. JP Companies removed and installed a new concrete porch and carport pad. The crew arrived on time, complete the work quickly and left the job site clean. We had a few challenges due to an adjacent cement pad and a awkward front entrance. Paulo made some recommendations with confidence only experience can bring to resolve/minimize the issues. Can’t ask for more. ASteadfast Construction IncFantastic! Scheduling was a little bit back and forth, but the Lumber shortages in the USA. explained by Miguel my point of contact, were the real reason behind this. I have been involved in 5 different decks over my lifetime from a gargantuan on in Vienna to a small little replacement in Florida. I was unsure what to expect at first as my Spanish was rusty but Franklin the my builder from Steadfast, was able to easily explain to me what they were doing whenever I asked. The demo'd my deck on day 1, reinforced and sister-ed joists and dropped my new interior 8 X 12 beam and dug footings, day 2 and wrapped up steps and cleaning on day 3. They router-ed joints that I could touch, and set the floor decking down so that as it dries it will have even openings over time. The lumber was of superior quality (#1) pressure treated all around.from what I could see. I consulted with the deck requirements on the Fairfax County websites and they followed them exactly, as best I could tell. Franklin and his guys were very polite, thoughtful and explained things in a way my engineering brain could understand. If I had another job I would seek them out again in a heartbeat. I would recommend them to anyone that asked and wish them every success in the future.- Eric H.

AScott is a reliable and a very knowledgeable contractor. Only with looking at a simple picture, he knew what kind of repair was needed for the leaks on my walls coming from the deck. Scott's team came to my house and fixed the deck leaks in a matter of hours. The professional and very detailed quality work, was accomplished with honesty and timelines. AAlex, Svetlana, and their crew understood the vision I had for my bathroom and they made it a reality in a quick timeframe without sacrificing quality. The team worked quickly and the space was left tidy at the end of every day. Alex stopped by frequently to check in on progress and was quick to reply to any questions or scheduling changes (needed on my end) which was very appreciated. AWe had SA Home Improvement build a detached 24 x 24 garage and we are very pleased with how it turned out... Working with Seddik and his crew was a pleasure from beginning to end. I interviewed 14 contractors and decided to go with SA Home Improvement because they thought of details that should have been included in the bids from the other contractors (retaining wall, moving huge amount of dirt for the location and paving to name a few) and it was obvious they offered quality workmanship (concrete slab as opposed to a competitor's cinder block walls on their bid). The SA Home Improvement architect did a great job designing the new garage to our specs (it needed to look just like our current garage and tie in with our house) and it was a pleasure to work with them on the plans. I've had friends say "it looks like it's always been here" which is the utmost compliment since that is what we were going for in our design. Seddik and his crew worked in a timely manner while building the garage with integrity and quality. This is my first "build" project (I have done other bathroom and kitchen renovations with other companies and wish I had known about SA Home Improvement) so I needed to be educated on every step of the way as to what was happening each day. Seddik and his crew answered all of my questions and never made me feel bad or silly...Seddik had so much patience with each of my questions. The crew cleaned up the project mess every day and I was very impressed how hard the construction team worked every day...it was obvious they really cared about doing a quality job. I highly reccomend SA Home Improvement for a custom build or renovation. I hope to have them back within the year for a bathroom project. These folks are top notch and I am grateful for a stress free garage build that turned out amazing. My husband and I are very happy with SA Home Improvement and are grateful we chose them for our garage build.
